Created and pioneered account upsell and retention strategies across enterprise health system accounts, resulting in 110% quota attainment equaling $3.2M in annual recurring revenue.
Led complex upsell deals and served as the internal “quarterback” amongst technical implementation, customer success, support, and product teams generating over $1 million in pipeline generation.
Leveraged business intelligence data (PowerBI, Tableau) to identify $2 million in additional billable revenue, developed capture strategy, and led initiative to scale project across the entire existing customer base.

Successfully completed an industry gold standard sales training process centered around Miller

Outside of work, I’m an advocate for mental health awareness, neurodiversity, and work-life balance. I've had my share of ups and downs, including a tough period of unemployment, which taught me resilience and self-awareness. These experiences drive my passion for creating supportive, employee-centric cultures.

Alyssa Riley, MHA

Sierra Collins, MHA, is a director with the Quality Services Group at NCQA, where she currently oversees the implementation of federal contracts focused on quality measurement technical assistance and digitalization as well as a grant from the Helmsley Charitable Trust focused on updating and modernizing NCQA's diabetes portfolio. In addition to being a Project Director, Sierra focuses on federal, state, and foundation business development. She has broad experience as a health care consultant and has worked with a wide range of health care entities, primarily focused on quality improvement. She has expertise in managing complex projects, leading teams, developing and carrying out accreditation programs, measure development and respecification. She has also worked on high-profile internal initiatives such as NCQA's Content Roadmap and exploring NCQA's role in AI. Sierra was recognized as a graduate of NCQA's Emerging Leaders Program in 2023.
