Created and pioneered account upsell and retention strategies across enterprise health system accounts, resulting in 110% quota attainment equaling $3.2M in annual recurring revenue.
Led complex upsell deals and served as the internal “quarterback” amongst technical implementation, customer success, support, and product teams generating over $1 million in pipeline generation.
Leveraged business intelligence data (PowerBI, Tableau) to identify $2 million in additional billable revenue, developed capture strategy, and led initiative to scale project across the entire existing customer base.

EMRI Green Health Services runs the EMS services (free ambulance services on a public-private-partnership model) across 17 states in India and is considered the world's largest ambulance network. 

I worked directly under the medical director aiming at improving pre-hospital care, paramedic education, physician education in emergency medicine, capacity building in low-resource settings, and systems development. I was also a clinical instructor for high-fidelity simulation training in emergency medicine. 

During this role, I worked closely with the University of Stanford International Emergency Medicine team in updating the pre-hospital care clinical protocols for India.

I was also in charge of developing/improving clinical care in units called ECCs (Emergency Care Centers), which are standalone 'mini-emergency-departments' for immediate stabilization and resuscitation of patients in low-resource settings in remote areas away from secondary and tertiary care hospitals.

Emergency Medicine Physician with 10+ years of experience dodging chaos and trying to create order within chaos. Experience working in public and private healthcare systems across India and the UK (including everyone's favorite, the NHS, where "busy" gets redefined daily). Armed with professional qualifications from the Royal College of Emergency Medicine, I also have a reasonably acceptable understanding of Evidence-Based Medicine (translation: I Google with purpose and I can mostly tell facts from fiction).

Beyond the stethoscope, I have experience moonlighting as a leadership, policy, and prehospital care enthusiast, helping build systems and capacities in places where the resources are scarce but the challenges are plenty. I’m also known to dabble in medical education because I genuinely love teaching—it’s the best way to truly understand something yourself, as Richard Feynman would say. And simulation? Well, who wouldn’t enjoy a good fake patient scenario where mistakes are encouraged, nobody actually dies, and you still get to feel like a hero?

When not in my scrubs, my other interests include, Aerospace Medicine, Astronomy, astrobiology (I know that's completely random—because why settle for Earth when you can dream about stars? ), AI in medicine, MedTech, Startups, Global Health, and the art of pretending I’m good at SciComm! 

I know that may sound like a bit of an ADHD thing—sure, I could self-diagnose, but isn’t that basically a prerequisite for choosing emergency medicine? No?
