It’s easy for founders to forget how lucky we are.

We really do have it made.

It’s pretty wild how much can change in a year for founders.

If you go heads down.

Focus on what moves the needle.

Don’t quit when it gets boring, hard, or seems impossible.

That’s the whole game.

A year of consistent execution can look like a miracle from the outside.

You got this. Keep going.

You don't need a “disruptive” idea to launch a startup.

You don't need to reinvent a market.

You don't need to create a new category.

You don't need to build a billion dollar valuation to be successful.

You 100% do need the courage to just get started though.
