As a strategic advisor, I support entrepreneurs from idea to IPO, exit or succession. Sometimes that means helping them scale or prepare for sale. Other times, it means helping them get unstuck.

I don’t just do the work. I teach founders to fish. That means guiding them through strategic thinking, financial modeling, go-to-market planning, and investor preparation.

Over the past 40+ years, I’ve been a founder, public and private CFO, COO, and CEO. I’ve led turnarounds, built and sold companies, launched a venture fund and a debt fund, and helped raise capital in all conditions.
