If you own a motorhome, travel trailer, boat or any other kind of recreational vehicle, and you live in an HOA community, it quickly becomes apparent that you won't be able to store your unit in the HOA neighborhood, and finding a place to store your unit is going to be more difficult than anyone initially realizes. The majority of options currently available to most RV/Boat owners are surprisingly limited; you can choose to store your unit in a dirt lot; you can choose to store in blacktop lots with canopies over top; and there are some indoor facilities but most have extended waiting lists already in place.

But storing these types of units in any kind of outdoor facility really doesn't provide them much protection. Here in Vegas in the middle of the summers when temperatures reach 115+, or anywhere with colder climates in the cold of the winters where temperatures consistently reach below freezing, storing units outdoors isn't providing them with much protection other than being able to actually have a place to store them. And while indoor storage facilities provide the best type of protection, most current indoor facilities are limited as to what kind of recreational vehicle units can actually be stored indoors due to insurance purposes. This is forcing most owners of travel trailers, 5th wheel trailers and boats towards only having the options of using the exterior storage facilities.

Motorhome, travel trailer and boat owners lack access to easily accessible, self-sustaining, INDOOR storage and parking solutions. But there are new storage options coming soon for EVERY type of recreational vehicle. Introducing RV Safe.

Choosing the right inspector can be difficult.

Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, etc. One thing for sure is that an inspection requires work…a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. Clients have allowed me the opportunity to inspect their new homes or properties for the last 10 years, and that is due mostly to me providing my very best effort on each inspection.

I provide a comprehensive inspection on the physical structure, as well as the various systems of the property per the State of Nevada Standards of Practice and Conduct. The inspection and inspection reports I provide help my clients have a thorough understanding as to the condition of the property as it existed at the time of the inspection, and will help to identify any systems or components which may be in need of immediate major repair, replacement, and/or further evaluation by a licensed specialist. The Inspection Report and Summary are typically delivered via email in a PDF format within 36 hours of the completion of the home inspection, including detailed notes, images and any relevant video links (certain restrictions apply).

Responsible for finding, scheduling appointments and bringing aboard new shops to use a monthly software subscription service that allowed shops to use common or known issues for a variety of potential automobile problems, including securing billing information and addressing any customer service issues after sale was completed. Maintained monthly sales goals despite company changing territories 4 different times in a little over two years. Microsoft CRM knowledgeable for sorting prospects and leads.

Responsible for all customer service issues by maintaining over 500 active merchants, representing TV Station Based Reward Programs for 27 local markets across the country, including FOX5 Rewards with FOX TV Channel 5, as well as an additional 4 National TV Show Reward Programs including “Who Wants to Be A Millionaire”.

Responsibilities included managing a team of 5 to support a sales staff of 20-25 reps across all markets, verifying the authenticity of orders submitted, maintaining scheduled launch dates of multiple accounts in each market GreenLink was affiliated with, helping merchants access their respective reporting systems, providing ad proofs and coupon/voucher proofs to merchants prior to offers going live and ensuring changes were made in time before going public, helping to solve any member issues with our merchants regarding their accounts, ensuring communication processes were active with standard Reward Programs merchants, general customer service issues, creating/collecting invoices on outstanding balances and anything else unexpected that occurred on a daily basis.  Word, Excel, Microsoft CRM proficient.

My Mission:
I founded a company focused on providing innovative, climate-controlled, eco-friendly indoor storage solutions for any type of RVs and boats. Understanding the limitations and potential risks associated with traditional outdoor storage facilities – from UV exposure to vandalism or theft, to severe weather damage, I set out to try to see what could be done differently. My mission has become to eliminate these hassles for other owners, while providing them with better options that aren’t currently available to a large portion of them. The indoor facilities will offer you 24/7/365 access, ensuring that your cherished vehicles are safe, secure, and easily accessible when you want them.
