HCM Account Executive

The SAP Academy for Sales is a fast-paced 9-month rotational program that develops, and empowers high-potential millennials to become SAP’s next generation of sales leaders. The SAP Academy for Sales program is a combination of classroom training and field rotations under the mentorship of an experienced SAP Account Executive. Additionally, there’s a plethora of networking opportunities and mentoring from top SAP executives and sales leaders provided during this program. Finally, this is a very competitive program that boasts an application pool of 40,000+ individuals, with only 100 candidates being selected from 40+ different countries around the world (the top 1 % of early talent). 

Field Rotation (6 months):

•Working along with SAP's customers to identify the right solution for their toughest challenges and help transform the way they run their businesses in order to become a best run business.

•Collaborate with other SAP Senior Account Executives to Identify and qualify opportunities, while developing and drive strategy for customer success. 

•In-the-field training, job shadowing and mentoring from our top Executives and Sales Leaders.
