* Guided the CEO of a communications company in elevating their partner planning and sales execution, leading to a favorable acquisition by a premier partner within a year.
* Assisted a European-based software company in entering the US market through two key partnerships, resulting in the company's acquisition by a UK partner based on a strong pipeline and partner commitments.

* Directed all North America partner relationships for Thunderhead, with the team delivering over 200% of quota.
* Redesigned programs and prioritized ecosystem partners to better support client needs, partner needs and internal business objectives.   
* Provided leadership for worldwide partner staff.
