My LinkedIn is averaging one post a week.

But I'm still:

- Receiving invites full of kindness.

Your "daily posting schedule" is not your brand.

- The culture you create with your beliefs.

It's okay to step away. It's okay to live more.

Yesterday, 8:32 PM. Germany time.

A message pops up on my WhatsApp.

"I need to change some of the copy on designs..."

I responded with a complete "How to" Loom guide.

That is how I do it in most cases. Async.

1. I set up the Figma file.
2. We do research and design.
3. I present the design drafts.
4. We finalize the designs and go live.
5. Client duplicates the Figma file. (Ownership)

After it, they can do it on their own. Just like Canva.

But the Loom was not a fix for her.

The case was different. Gen X client.

So I jumped in quickly over a Google Meet.

What could have taken hours for her took 2-3 minutes.

"That's it? Wow."

She was so grateful.

That moment of ease on her face?

More fulfilling than any testimonial.

I'm not a LinkedIn expert.

Not a copywriter or sales guru.

I'm just another creator.

Who talks about design while documenting my journey.

Most of the time, my LinkedIn advice works.

It's the same with my content advice.

But that's just "how I would do it."

That is my gut telling me "this way..."

Sometimes I don’t have any answer.

Sometimes my own ideas flop.

Does that mean I don’t want to help?

No. 

That is just authentic me.

Real. Raw. True to the core.

But for the design. It's the other way around.

Story for another time.

A great design will always:

1. Stop the scroll
2. Save time to end goal
3. Clearly communicate the idea

Anything else other than that is either a bonus or a distraction.

How to avoid the latter one? 

Less is always more.

Doing it all by yourself is easy.

You know it all in your head.

You are confident about your decisions.

But when you coach, it's the flip.

You have to meet them at their level of understanding.

If not that, somewhere in between.

So they grab it and move to the next level.
