Rocela

Rocela(www.rocela.com) was formed to provide a unique, independent service for Oracle clients looking to improve the way they procure, manage and deliver, Oracle based projects. Essentially, Rocela is a management consultancy that provides Software Asset Management(SAM) solutions to FTSE 500 companies. Rocela has won numerous awards for innovation and was 2nd in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in 2007. 

Client Director:										   	  

•	£500K annual profit margin target for current fiscal year(ends August 31st 2008). 
•	Responsible for account managing the likes of Diageo, Reed Elsevier, Barclays, ITV, Clifford Chance, Hilton, Sainsburys etc.
•	Responsible for managing a team of delivery consultants to deliver Rocela consultancy solutions
•	Responsible for demand generation in accounts via partners like HP, IBM and Oracle.
•	Responsible for managing intricate 3 ways relationships between client, Oracle and Rocela in the context of a software licence audit. Often times brought in to resolve non-compliance conflicts.

New accounts won: Barclays, Reed Elsevier, Sainsburys, Clifford Chance, Siemens AG, British American Tobacco, Siemens Energy Services

NCS London

Oracle Certified Advantage partner based out of London (www.ncsltd.com). NCS focuses on reselling Oracle technology, services, support and consulting. NCS also resells Netsuite (www.netsuite.com), a hosted ERP, CRM/ eCommerce platform. Value add services include virtual DBA service, telephone support and excellent skills in Oracle technology.

Key Account Manager:										                                                                                                     

•	£25K Monthly margin responsibility for existing accounts and new business within M25 corridor.  Working closely with Oracle account managers to close licence and consulting deals in Oracle technology.
•	In charge of rebranding NCS brand with advertising agency.
•	Responsible for setting up new partnerships for revenue generating opportunities e.g. FMI for Business Objects Consulting.
•	Responsibility for marketing and demand generation through seminars, Google, Yahoo! and Oracle publications.

Oracle

Account Management – Small Medium Enterprises:                               May 2005 – Jan 2006

•	Oracle Middleware revenue responsibility for the UK Small Medium Business (SMB) market, in excess of £600K. 
•	In charge of developing a strategy and execution plan to address the designated vertical account sectors with all available resources such channel partners, marketing, internal sales and independent solution vendors.
•	Responsible for identifying and working with prospects, to develop joint opportunities and define skills competence of internal sales and resellers.

Leave of absence from Oracle: 				                       June 2004 – May 2005
I travelled through South America and New Zealand. Completed Spanish courses in Venezuela and Argentina, recorded own music in Argentina and surfed the coast of Brazil!

•	Oracle Middleware revenue responsibility for UK internal sales organisation in excess of £3,000,000
•	Developing marketing messages and collateral to support sales activities e.g. launch of new Java Edition and BEAT BEA campaign..
•	Transfer and coaching of sales people, partners on Oracle’s application server sales strategy.
