I navigated a series of complex & critical challenges to expand & enhance our professional services offerings, particularly in the UKI Public Sector. My journey began amidst the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, where my primary focus was on expanding Salesforce's footprint in this sector.

Key Challenges & Strategies:
Tasked with growing our Professional Services division, I developed strategies for addressing urgent needs in the Public Sector. This involved close consultation with National Healthcare entities, leveraging Salesforce's Work.com & the broader 360 CRM Platform to provide vital pandemic-related solutions.
