Started my own company before high school to pay for my own education. Sold lipstick and my tech skills. Decided to do a master in computer science because make-up was a low margin business

Went on to create first mobile products with millions of users for Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Pearson. Some of them went to be keynoted on stage by Steve Jobs 

The past ten years have got me back to entrepreneurship and it fits me like a glove. I founded Chili Piper - the demand conversion platform that doubles inbound conversion rates for cool companies like Spotify, Airbnb, Snapchat, Shopify and thousands others. Recently gone through a financial transaction that got us close to a billion dollar valuation

•	Led a customer enablement strategy onboarding 150+ staff on MS project web application and served as the internal champion, providing ongoing technical support and overseeing adoption, user experience, and satisfaction goals

•	Revamped internal processes and enforced adherence to process flows producing via training which resulted in a 38% improvement in overall efficiency

•	Led the rollout of an internal proprietary ticketing system, hosting live training sessions, serving as voice of the customer collaborating with product to prioritize feature requests and developing enablement documentation, ultimately driving 200+ end users to adopt

•	Spearheaded the development of an org-wide project archive, implementing a new project milestone, the post implementation review to inform improvements for future projects

•	Contributed to a ~23% reduction in customer churn by overseeing project planning, documentation, and process design roadmap supporting the 4G LTE network rollout providing coverage in 116 metro areas

•	Managed the server pooling/media gateway rehome initiative that enabled data redundancy reducing call issues by 40%

•	Led the coordination and rollout of the Alcatel call server implementation, testing, and provisioning for enhanced call routing nationwide

•	Collaborated with provisioning managers to create a new internal audit process for PSTN routing resulting in $1.2M cost savings

•	Partnered with telco carriers, developed an escalation plan and report which led to the implementation of copper to fiber rolls improving service by 35% contributing to an expanded customer base creating $5M revenue
