Started my own company before high school to pay for my own education. Sold lipstick and my tech skills. Decided to do a master in computer science because make-up was a low margin business

Went on to create first mobile products with millions of users for Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Pearson. Some of them went to be keynoted on stage by Steve Jobs 

The past ten years have got me back to entrepreneurship and it fits me like a glove. I founded Chili Piper - the demand conversion platform that doubles inbound conversion rates for cool companies like Spotify, Airbnb, Snapchat, Shopify and thousands others. Recently gone through a financial transaction that got us close to a billion dollar valuation

Within Pearson, Enterprise Solutions is on a mission to help organizations make better decisions based on verifiable information. My current focus in Enterprise Solutions is leveraging Credly (digital credentialing network), Faethm (future of work predictive analytics), and TalentLens (psychometric assessments) to help organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent in a continually evolving human capital ecosystem. I lead sales efforts across Credly, Faethm, and Talent Lens in the Americas and am responsible for structuring, hiring, developing, and retaining Sales Development, Sales, Account Management, and Solution Engineering teams along with Americas revenue goals, multi product line forecasting, and go to market strategy & execution.

Leveraging what I knew to be effective, I was the fastest salesperson to ramp, closing $1.1M in new revenue during my short tenure. I was selected by the Chief Revenue Officer to help build the sales team: assisted in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

My first foray into SaaS sales. Worked with inspiring colleagues, knowledgeable leaders, and developed as a technology sales professional. Over the years, I rose from the youngest AE (in 2012) to an Enterprise Sales Executive covering a $3M+ territory with leadership responsibilities. I achieved Platinum Presidents Club (highest sales award at Mimeo) multiple times and was a top five rep in terms of overall attainment and new revenue from 2014 until I left Mimeo in early 2019. 

Mimeo is an on-demand (SaaS) technology company with an enterprise suite of applications that facilitate content distribution globally. Mimeo is backed by Hewlett-Packard, Goldman Sachs, Draper Fischer Jurvetson, DFJ Gotham Ventures, and HarbourVest.

I am a technology sales executive with a passion for driving growth and building scalable, high-performing organizations. With a proven track record of success, I specialize in leading go to market teams that solve large scale business challenges through enterprise technology solutions in people analytics, strategic workforce planning, human resources, and learning and development.

In 2019, I joined Credly, a Series A startup, embarking on a transformative journey that contributed to its rapid expansion. Today, Credly is recognized as the world’s largest digital credential network. This success culminated in its acquisition by Pearson, the world’s leading learning company and a FTSE 100 component, for $200M in 2022.

Currently, as part of Pearson’s Enterprise Learning and Skills division, I lead sales in the Americas for Enterprise Solutions; a diverse portfolio of product groups including Credly, TalentLens, Versant, Faethm, and Mondly. These technologies empower organizations to make smarter, data-driven decisions, tackle critical workforce development challenges, and adapt to the demands of an AI-driven economy.

In my free time I enjoy cycling, snowboarding, cross country skiing, playing pickleball, and making music with people and computers.
