Why Guess is designed to enable Call Centres to convert more sales, increase efficiencies, reduce operational costs and deliver superior customer services via data-driven dashboards & targeted training.

Our secret sauce is combining 
1) Artificial intelligence (AI) - AI identifies patterns in our customer pipeline data that tells our call centre agents who to call at "specific times in the day" - i.e. times that a potential customer is most inclined to purchase. We applied advanced analytics to help us increase call centre efficiencies, offer better customer service and reduce costs.

2) Call Centre training - by applying our data-driven insights to agent training, helped us hone in on specific gaps that agents had and enhanced our agent scripts. Our online training targeted each agent's specific gaps, which increased our sales & customer satisfaction.

He led MCS DevOps and sales teams offering SaaS and enterprise-wide change management services. He designed the SaaS Architecture, built and launched MCS learning platform. The platform allowed MCS to scale and integrated with complex enterprise software.
