Grew up in a small town and had to work extra hard to get my foot in the door working on cool tech startups. My first job at age 15 was fixing iPhone screens in the mall. Then I scooped ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery and bussed tables at a local airport restaurant to pay for college. 

After football practice in high school I'd be learning how to code on CodeAcademy. People thought I was a nerd. 

Fast forward 10 years -- I've built multiple apps, b2b SaaS, internet businesses, websites, and e-commerce businesses that have generated over $100m collectively. 

I got to work remotely, travel to 12+ countries, invest in real estate and stocks and built a fruitful living for myself. 

Learning how to build apps changed my life. Now I’m on a mission to teach 10,000 people how to build apps.

It’s about shipping production-grade AI systems that real sales teams rely on every day.

What you’ll own:
	• Fine-tuned prompt systems for each B2B customer
	• Few-shot + multi-step prompt architectures
	• Custom RAG pipelines tailored to sales workflows
	• Continuous model evaluation & iteration using Langfuse
	• Improving realism, objection handling, scoring accuracy, and coaching quality at scale

In this role, I am responsible for creating dynamic and user-friendly documentation on new and existing applications to instruct employees on how to conduct day-to-day business and fulfill their job responsibilities. This includes written documentation on internal processes and IT Platforms through the development of manuals and job aids. Content must be designed to impact various audiences at all levels of the organization, demonstrating strong technical writing skills and short instructional videos.


What I do:

‣ Work directly with Stakeholders, Project Managers and other project team members to plan and develop instructional content that supports business needs.
‣ Develop high-impact content that speaks to different audiences and captures their attention (i.e. customer-facing employees and management).
‣ Facilitate a formal review with project members prior to final release of material to ensure all content meets objectives and is accurate.
‣ Manage updates and revisions to existing content to ensure it remains current

As part of Udemy's Learning Design Team, I primarily focus on working directly with subject matter experts to create technical learning content for the project-based learning product, Labs. 

Specifically, I work on developing Lab content related to role up-skilling and re-skilling for Udemy learners. This role requires a unique blend of curriculum design acumen, instructional design expertise, analytical abilities, and relationship management know-how.

What I do:

• Build solid relationships with Udemy Instructors and other Subject Matter Experts including providing workshops to develop their content, answering questions ad hoc, and providing feedback on the quality of what they are developing.
• Ensure the quality of Lab content by providing training to instructors, reviewing their work, offering quality feedback, and managing the timeline for completion.
• Act as a thought partner to help Subject Matter Experts bring their content and expertise to life as quality experiences for learning.
• Maintain and iterate on guidelines for project-based learning, learning content for learning, and career outcomes in technical fields.
• Work cross-functionally with different teams at Udemy at different stages of content development (content strategy, Instructor Partnerships, PDE etc).
