Something I've learned about AI, is that the work is where it’s at. 

Craig Rosenberg said it best at #RevFest: “You have to sell the work.” ⛑️ 

That line stuck with me because most AI conversations miss this entirely.
Everyone talks about the model.

 The leverage is in the execution.

Take Zoom.

They didn’t just “add AI.” They handed repetitive paid media optimization to AI and let their team focus on strategy.

The results were hard to ignore:
 • 24% reduction in ad spend
 • 77% drop in CPC
 • 177% increase in influenced revenue
 • ROI jumped from 3.26x to 9x

No new creative.  No new messaging.

 Just better execution.
