I currently serve as the Chapter Services Consultant in the Southeastern United States. I manage 35 chapters from Kentucky to South Florida, and as west as LSU. I visit each chapter at least once a year, where I assess operations (including finances, recruitment, risk management, and philanthropy) and implement action plans; develop and coordinate alumni support for the chapter; and serve as the liaison between the General Headquarters and the University. I also develop educational programs and plan regional retreats.

During my senior year at Kent State, I became President of the 55-man Phi Delta Theta chapter. I executed on a vision to become a Gold Star-winning chapter, the highest award given in Phi Delt. I oversaw twelve officers, each conducting their own projects to reach our shared goal. In my year as President, we raised over $10,000 for philanthropic causes, including $6,500 for a brother's family. We earned Gold Star in the summer of 2013.

At the Illitch Group, I worked in the Olympia Development office, participating in the brand and messaging efforts for their keynote project at the time. My work helped the communications team to control the message of the project in the media. My primary duties were to scan media outlets for related stories and conduct research on similar projects around the world. I received an in-depth view into the worlds of project management, branding and messaging.
