As sole creative on the team, lead art direction, creative production, and storytelling efforts for recruiting and the HR team. Developed strategic initiatives and created content (design & copy) to support recruiting goals and drive St. Luke’s’ desirability as a top employer. 
   - Produced a series of videos featuring real employees talking about why they work at St. Lukes.

Design and communications work for the Universal Ease team, an innovation team focused on inclusion of athletes of all abilities. Main project was developing a booklet (design and copy) storytelling the history of Nike innovation and the future of inclusiveness in sports and beyond.

Serve as the communications and operational hub in a high-stress, highly-sensitive environment with constantly shifting priorities. Used my skills in strategy to take on special projects and help organize and scale processes for a new Nike team experiencing massive growth.
• Crafted communications and designed presentation decks for senior leadership.

• Led brand refresh including a new strategy deck, new brand guide, updatedtemplates for presentations and collateral, and brand takedowns for partner groups
• Partnered with Nike Diversity & Inclusion partner groups, Global Communications, and other stakeholders on company-wide storytelling, who regarded the Women of Nike communications team as a standard of best practices for other diversity groups

Critical functional support for Global Design, Merchandising & Licensing, and Innovation: 
• Created flawless VP presentation decks (Keynote/PowerPoint) for Global Creative Launches & Sales Meetings
• Assisted Creative Director with all seasonal concept kickoffs and presentations (including rigs, laydowns and art direction).

An energetic & natural born communicator, I tell stories in all forms. With an equal love of visual and written communication, my career has intersected with both. Whether my audience is an external customer or an internal employee, I am happiest when I am creating a variety of a work: a cohesive brand vision, a comprehensive communications strategy, a visual or written piece of content, or a mission-driven project. 

I have spent the past decade building brands and storytelling programs for companies as large as Nike and as small as a local nonprofit. My skills range widely: internal and external communications, executive presentations and ghostwriting, creative strategy and brand development, creating written and visual content, and managing people, partnerships, and projects.   

I love design in all forms and it has been a consistent part of my work, whether I am designing a brand logo in my consulting work, or running in an in-house content studio. 

Though I have worked in all sorts of industries and jobs, I bring the same values to every organization and role: A curious nature, a talent for collaborating with people at all levels, a firm belief that leading with empathy leads to the greatest success, and an obsession for clear writing and good design.
