WUNDERRFiX is a venture of the JobRad group, the largest bicycle leasing provider in Germany.
WUNDERFiX specializes in repair service solutions for D2C online bike sellers.

The problem that WUNDERFiX solves:
WUNDERFiX tackles the problem that D2C online bike sellers have the challenge of offering their customers efficient and fast customer support. A lack of partner networks often leads to long waiting times for service requirements, returns and high administrative and coordination costs.

Here are the key facts:
With the help of experienced remote mechanics and an app, problems with the bike are diagnosed and solved together with the cyclists in video calls. If problems cannot be solved directly in the video calls, WUNDERFiX also takes care of the coordination and processing of service cases by forwarding them to local specialist bike workshops. WUNDERFiX guarantees that the customer support tickets will be resolved. If tickets cannot be resolved, no costs are incurred.

Ten years ago, I left Canada in search of a bigger mountain to climb. Geneva was the first stop, followed by the endless summer days of Stockholm. Three and a half years later, I found myself in Munich, where I joined Lilium and helped build something that reimagined air mobility. That path brought me back to Stockholm, where I became CEO of DPOrganizer and led a team focused on building a future where privacy and innovation grow together.

In May 2024, DPOrganizer was acquired by DataGuard. After a successful handover, I returned to Germany, this time to Freiburg, where I’ve joined WUNDERFiX, part of the JobRad Group, helping reshape how bike service works in a digital-first world. I’m actively learning the cycling industry and spending more time in the saddle as I explore this new space from every angle.

I’ve helped grow companies from the ground up, scaling revenue from zero to millions and teams from a handful of people to high-performing units. At Fatigue Science, we grew from three to seventeen people and reached over $2.5 million in revenue in under three years. I’ve worked with teams that earned global recognition in fintech, wearables, AI, and design.

Outside of work, I stay sharp and grounded through sport. I play softball in Freiburg and stay active in bandy, hockey (61 hat tricks and counting), rugby, and powerlifting. I think clearly when I move and solve problems with persistence, energy, and curiosity.

As the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer, I'm not just the guy spearheading certifications and orchestrating strategies - I'm the one who's not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get hands-on. I take pride in being an active participant in our daily development activities, from coding and debugging to strategizing.

I'm also the captain of our ISMS ship, expertly navigating the intricate waters of information security. As the leader of the Management Review Team, my role extends beyond just maintaining stability and risk-readiness. I'm orchestrating meetings, prepping crucial documents, and ensuring that our ISMS is not just functional, but continuously improving.

Large-scale integrations with third-party partners? Been there, done that - numerous times. I've ensured seamless communication and efficient results every time. And yet, I'm not just about grand strategies and major plays. I'm also the go-to 'IT-support' within the company, setting up your new laptop or ensuring our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system is up-to-date with all devices.

For me, it's not all tech and security, although I do love them. I'm a communicator at heart, with a knack for making complex concepts understandable and engaging. I believe in a relaxed approach to work because getting things done doesn't have to mean stress. I know my stuff, and more importantly, I can help you know it too.

Som frontendutvecklare på Fundler har jag fokuserat på att ta Fundlers webb-applikationer till 2.0.
De nuvarande apparna har en del tech-debt men behöver även fräschas upp visuellt.

Tillsammans med Grafikwerket har ett nytt designspråk skapats och utveckling sker just nu för att under våren/för-sommaren 2022 lansera en hak-tappar uppfräschning.

Alma och Olmo

2015 blev min frus dotter Alma åtta månader. Vikblöjor, kardborre, knappar, ja mer eller mindre allt blöjrelaterat kändes som en smärre kamp. Min fru; Petra ville ha något ENKELT!

Ett par ulltröjor fick sätta livet till och Petras egna dra-upp-modell var ett faktum. Lätt att ta på, väl på var den lätt att rätta till och lätt att få av – guld värt då bebin även gick på potta. Ett stort plus var att ett blött inlägg gick att byta utan att helt ta av blöjbyxan.

Efter en intressekoll på Facebook verkade fler än Petra vara intresserade och projektet drog igång. Det började i liten skala men är från och med hösten 2019 ett helt företag.

Med den nya sidan och de nya modellerna siktar vi på Alma och Olmo på att få ge dig och ditt barn en ännu bättre resa mot att bli blöjfri.
