WUNDERRFiX is a venture of the JobRad group, the largest bicycle leasing provider in Germany.
WUNDERFiX specializes in repair service solutions for D2C online bike sellers.

The problem that WUNDERFiX solves:
WUNDERFiX tackles the problem that D2C online bike sellers have the challenge of offering their customers efficient and fast customer support. A lack of partner networks often leads to long waiting times for service requirements, returns and high administrative and coordination costs.

Here are the key facts:
With the help of experienced remote mechanics and an app, problems with the bike are diagnosed and solved together with the cyclists in video calls. If problems cannot be solved directly in the video calls, WUNDERFiX also takes care of the coordination and processing of service cases by forwarding them to local specialist bike workshops. WUNDERFiX guarantees that the customer support tickets will be resolved. If tickets cannot be resolved, no costs are incurred.

Ten years ago, I left Canada in search of a bigger mountain to climb. Geneva was the first stop, followed by the endless summer days of Stockholm. Three and a half years later, I found myself in Munich, where I joined Lilium and helped build something that reimagined air mobility. That path brought me back to Stockholm, where I became CEO of DPOrganizer and led a team focused on building a future where privacy and innovation grow together.

In May 2024, DPOrganizer was acquired by DataGuard. After a successful handover, I returned to Germany, this time to Freiburg, where I’ve joined WUNDERFiX, part of the JobRad Group, helping reshape how bike service works in a digital-first world. I’m actively learning the cycling industry and spending more time in the saddle as I explore this new space from every angle.

I’ve helped grow companies from the ground up, scaling revenue from zero to millions and teams from a handful of people to high-performing units. At Fatigue Science, we grew from three to seventeen people and reached over $2.5 million in revenue in under three years. I’ve worked with teams that earned global recognition in fintech, wearables, AI, and design.

Outside of work, I stay sharp and grounded through sport. I play softball in Freiburg and stay active in bandy, hockey (61 hat tricks and counting), rugby, and powerlifting. I think clearly when I move and solve problems with persistence, energy, and curiosity.
