WUNDERRFiX is a venture of the JobRad group, the largest bicycle leasing provider in Germany.
WUNDERFiX specializes in repair service solutions for D2C online bike sellers.

The problem that WUNDERFiX solves:
WUNDERFiX tackles the problem that D2C online bike sellers have the challenge of offering their customers efficient and fast customer support. A lack of partner networks often leads to long waiting times for service requirements, returns and high administrative and coordination costs.

Here are the key facts:
With the help of experienced remote mechanics and an app, problems with the bike are diagnosed and solved together with the cyclists in video calls. If problems cannot be solved directly in the video calls, WUNDERFiX also takes care of the coordination and processing of service cases by forwarding them to local specialist bike workshops. WUNDERFiX guarantees that the customer support tickets will be resolved. If tickets cannot be resolved, no costs are incurred.

Ten years ago, I left Canada in search of a bigger mountain to climb. Geneva was the first stop, followed by the endless summer days of Stockholm. Three and a half years later, I found myself in Munich, where I joined Lilium and helped build something that reimagined air mobility. That path brought me back to Stockholm, where I became CEO of DPOrganizer and led a team focused on building a future where privacy and innovation grow together.

In May 2024, DPOrganizer was acquired by DataGuard. After a successful handover, I returned to Germany, this time to Freiburg, where I’ve joined WUNDERFiX, part of the JobRad Group, helping reshape how bike service works in a digital-first world. I’m actively learning the cycling industry and spending more time in the saddle as I explore this new space from every angle.

I’ve helped grow companies from the ground up, scaling revenue from zero to millions and teams from a handful of people to high-performing units. At Fatigue Science, we grew from three to seventeen people and reached over $2.5 million in revenue in under three years. I’ve worked with teams that earned global recognition in fintech, wearables, AI, and design.

Outside of work, I stay sharp and grounded through sport. I play softball in Freiburg and stay active in bandy, hockey (61 hat tricks and counting), rugby, and powerlifting. I think clearly when I move and solve problems with persistence, energy, and curiosity.

I co-founded Me Myself & I Stockholm HB in 2003. Between 2003 and 2009, we ran an e-commerce store selling interior products, where I was responsible for development, design, and supplier relations.

In 2009, the company shifted focus to web development, and we did a re-launch of djportal.nu a personal project I had since 2000. DJ Portal became Sweden’s largest portal and community for DJs. I developed the entire platform, which remained active until late 2018.

I held Nordic product responsibility for RadioPlay, Bauer Media Group’s digital radio distribution platform. The goal was to make our stations available across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark on as many platforms as possible.

Under my leadership, RadioPlay was available on iOS, Android, Volvo Sensus Connect, and became Europe’s first radio service on Sonos, reaching over 1 million unique users per month.

My role also included managing the Art Director/Web Designer and Support Manager.

As Online Sales Manager for MTG TV and Radio, I was part of MTG Media’s sales leadership team.

I was responsible for the budget and sales strategy for all web and mobile sales across TV3.se, TV6.se, TV8.se, TV10.se, kolla.tv, TV3Play.se, TV6Play.se, TV8Play.se, RIX FM, Bandit Rock, NRJ, Lugna Favoriter and Radio1.

Additionally, I managed the Product Manager for Play and two web traffic specialists.

In this role, I worked directly under the sales director and had full responsibility for the design and, to some extent, the content of all B2B-related materials. This included everything from PowerPoint presentations and print materials to web content and video production.

As Internet Sales Manager, I was also responsible for the budgeting, training, and development of all MTG Radio’s web products, ensuring their growth and alignment with business goals.

Radio Evangelist & Internet Sales Manager

In this broad production & layout role, I worked with audience analytics and sales materials, supporting over 100 salespeople across 36 locations. My key responsibilities included:

* Creating sales presentations for local markets.
* Visualizing audience data from MTG Radio’s analysts.
* Managing all B2B web communications.
* Editing showreel videos for events.

At the time, the web department was almost non-existent, so I built the first CMS platforms for RIX FM, Lugna Favoriter, NRJ, Bandit Rock, and Svenska Favoriter. These systems were used for about six years, and I also served as webmaster, handling daily updates for all stations.

Additionally, I worked as a photographer for MTG Radio’s events, including RIX FM Festival and NRJ In The Park. For the first Bandit Rock Awards, I was responsible for all visual content, producing all the event’s video materials.
