This week, I got featured on a Times Square billboard.

Seeing myself up there sparked so many emotions.

Back in 2020, I and my team launched the Part-Time YouTuber Academy.

We needed somewhere to host it.

We chose Circle and suddenly I was no longer broadcasting content into the void.

I was facilitating conversations and connections.

Slowly the community became just as valuable if not more than the course content itself.

Most creators believe content is the be-all and end-all.

But being a creator myself, I know it’s not enough.
People don’t just need information.
They need connection.

In our Circle community, great things happened:
↳ Students became accountability partners
↳ They started hosting their own meetups
↳ They started collaborating on projects
↳ Some even become business partners

You can’t get that from content.

You can’t get that from any course.

You can only get that from community.

Over 5 years, I’ve watched complete beginners become full-time creators.

Not just because of the course, but because they had people supporting them every step of the way.

When Circle put me up on Times Square, it was surreal.

But it also reminded me why we’ve stuck with them.

They understand what I’ve learned the hard way.
Community isn’t a nice-to-have for creators.
It’s the whole point.

And honestly, I can’t imagine building anything educational without it.

- Integrated mobile apps on custom scanners and devices, optimizing warehouse operations.

Souq.com, the largest e-commerce platform in the Arab world, was later acquired by Amazon. I contributed to Souq's recommendation engine, collaborating with data scientists to gather user data, train AI algorithms, and deliver personalized recommendations via APIs. My success on this team led me to join the CRM team, where I helped integrate new CRM tools, including the APPBOY system, to enhance customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Researched and prototyped technologies (Hadoop, Cloudera, Phalcon) for the recommendation engine.
- Developed system architectures and MVPs to validate product hypotheses.
- Analyzed data to guide product development during sprints.
- Integrated CRM tools to improve customer engagement before and after shipping.
- Enabled real-time data aggregation for user behavior to support targeted marketing.

Co-founded iaraby is one of the fast-growing mobile development companies in Jordan and back then in the Middle East.

أردّ على كل سؤال، أراجع كل تفصيلة، وأصلّح كل خطأ

كنت أظن إن "القيادة" تعني السيطرة
بس الحقيقة؟ كنت مدير تعب، مش قائد فعالية

التحوّل بدأ لما سألت نفسي سؤال بسيط:
"لو اختفيت أسبوع... هل الشغل بيوقف؟"

الإجابة كانت: "نعم."

ومن هون بدأت أشتغل مش على المهام، بل على النظام
