This week, I got featured on a Times Square billboard.

Seeing myself up there sparked so many emotions.

Back in 2020, I and my team launched the Part-Time YouTuber Academy.

We needed somewhere to host it.

We chose Circle and suddenly I was no longer broadcasting content into the void.

I was facilitating conversations and connections.

Slowly the community became just as valuable if not more than the course content itself.

Most creators believe content is the be-all and end-all.

But being a creator myself, I know it’s not enough.
People don’t just need information.
They need connection.

I started LinkedIn in 2021 - 4.5 years later, 1000+ posts and 100+ clients...

This platform changed my life.

I wanted to create content as a student, but being camera-shy, I chose LinkedIn.

Back then, there were very few creators, and I landed my first few clients within 2–3 months of posting consistently.

Fast forward to 2024, LinkedIn brought me multiple opportunities, and I started my personal branding and content creation agency.

Since then, I’ve grown my clientele, revenue, team, and confidence…
But content creation for my own profile completely took a backseat.

I didn’t want to delegate it, and in the chase of perfection, execution went silent.

My friends, family, team members, clients, and even prospects started asking, “Why did you stop posting?”

The truth is, it was never a conscious choice.
I think content 24x7, but in the daily hustle of running an agency, execution slipped.

And a few days ago, when I finally tried to resume, I realized so much has changed.
From a freelancer and student… to an agency owner and a lot more in between.

Turning LinkedIn profiles into credible & monetizable brands | Personal Branding Strategist | Writer & Marketer

To anyone who's starting on LinkedIn, get used to 2 things: 👇🏻

1) Your best work - not getting a lot of attention.

2) A post you didn't put much effort into (might) do really well.

This happens to almost everyone.

So, what should you do?

Keep making content regularly and focus on adding value to your audience.

Don't get discouraged or too excited by the numbers.

Just keep creating good content consistently.

Everything else will work out. ✌🏻

#1 Tip for Better LinkedIn Content:

You can start improving from Day 1, and it won't take much time.

👉 Focus on Content Readability.

People come online for quick, simple, and easy-to-digest information.

If your writing is hard to read with:

❌ Long paragraphs
❌ Complex vocabulary
❌ Strict textbook grammar

You're doing it wrong.

Reading on a screen is different.

To keep your audience engaged, write content that’s:

➡️ Easy on the eyes
➡️ Easy to skim
➡️ Easy to understand

Here's how:

✅ Write short sentences
✅ Use bullet points
✅ Include line breaks
✅ Avoid jargon
✅ Use emojis and symbols

Give your audience maximum value with minimum effort.

Try these tips for your next 5 pieces of content and see the results.
