Working closely with the Executive team to re-design the way the agency manages Project work. I designed and implemented a new agency-wide governance structure with supporting processes and frameworks. Furthermore, I supported the agency to uplift their project management capability and maturity through running a series of Masterclasses as well as providing 1:1 mentoring and coaching support. 

Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO)
Lead a small team to oversee and manage the agency's Project Portfolio which incorporated 9 Major programs of work with 49 projects. I also designed and implemented a new operating model and service catalogue for the EPMO.

I was engaged to undertake an audit and clean-up of a $20M program and get it back on track. It was a 5-year Program consisting of 38 projects and 150 deliverables.

Responsible for directing a team of 25 across the 3 workstreams to streamline business processes, reduce manual workload and provide fit-for-purpose technology.

Delivery of the timetable transformation program for the Division of Student Administration. This strategic initiative consists of 4 key streams covering policy & procedure, student experience, staff experience, and rooms & resources.

Delivery of a new office in Beijing. This Project included 4 streams of work covering Setup of the Legal Entity, ICT Setup, Recruitment of Staff and Operations.

Process Improvement for Teachers (Time & Attendance). The scope of this project included process improvements related to Leave Applications, Leave Balances, Staff availability (timetabling) and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities include Managing Project, Managing Programs of work and  managing the entire Portfolio for the marketing team.

Deliver key strategic projects that are in line with company objectives. Working with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Manage the Change strategy to ensure successful business adoption and handover. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Manage end-to-end project management using Waterfall & Agile methodologies.

Delivery of a Robotic Process Automation project for the offshore support teams and set up a centre of excellence & full operating model for ongoing support post-project closure.

Successfully implementing a range of Omni-channel projects into Retail. Being the Retail SME for the Customer Experience team and designing new processes to improve NPS. Managing the end-to-end delivery of new project launches, and managing channel engagement & channel readiness through change management activities

Delivery of a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Project for Repairs & Insurance Optimisation. This project delivered several key changes including optimisation of the IMEI block process, which reduced the volume of calls into the customer care teams. POS process improvements reduced errors relating to device activation locks. Changes made to the insurance IVR line reduced the call times.
Launched a new digital queuing solution for all retail stores.
Launched an online Direct Debit self-service portal. 
Implementation of an Appointment Setting & Digital Navigator test & learn pilots in Retail stores.
