I am a senior consultant with over 20 years expertise in innovation projects, supporting SMEs, Large enterprises, Startups and Government organisations. I have a strong expertise in the development and deployment of innovation funnel, from idea generation to go to market phase. 
I have a deep knowledge of main public grant programmes (both under national and European frameworks) in support of startup venture and innovation projects. 
I am a practioner, mentor and coach in Lean Startup methodology, providing my expertise to Large companies, SMEs and startups.

I have over 20 years of working experience in fund raising, mainly dealing with EU R&D Programmes (5FP, 6FP, 7FP, eTEN, CIP, JTI, EcoInnovation, H2020, SME programme, FTI), Italian R&D laws (L46/82 Italian Economy Ministry; l.297/99 Research Ministry) and Regional programmes (Regione Emilia Romagna, Regione Lombardia). 
I have been involved in several European, national and regional R&D projects, providing my expertise for proposals submission, project management and cost accounting, in support of both large companies and SMEs.

Innovation consulting. 
I provide consulting for innovation and technology transfer, working in strict relationships with managers and owners of startups, SMEs, Large enterprises and Government Organisations.
