Execution years feel very different from transformation years.

In SaaS, not every year is about shipping more or growing faster. Some years are about changing the shape of the company, aka transforming 💜

- Who you sell to
- What you say no to
- The standards you hold the team and yourself to... 
- ...and the hard decisions that follow

In 2025, we made deliberate shifts in how we build the product, who our customers are, and who stays on the team.

We went upmarket, attracted better customers, improved retention and profitability, and built a healthier business 📈
