Housekeeping Supervisor

Intern in Housekeeping Management Department in "Skt. Petri" Hotel for "Vision Service". I was part of a young, full of energy, team. I was responsible for supervising the quality of the work of our employees. Also I was updating the system with the relevant data to see our employees efficiency and data for salaries. I was always in touch with the front desk taking care of the complaints or guests requests. I learned how to use different systems operated by hotels and the system operated by our company. I learned about communication, team spirit and intercultural interaction. An interesting part of the internship was starting the Housekeeping department in another hotel. We faced a lot of challenges from hiring people, find the right amount of work for each people, making the schedule for each task and so on. I can say about me that I learned a lot about organization and responsibility.
