Here's what separates them from the rest:

→ They send a recap without being asked

Post links, key metrics, screenshots. All in one message.

Most creators post and disappear. The ones who make it easy for me to report back to my team go to the top of my list.

→ They offer a discount for round two

"Hey, if you want to lock in another collab, I'll do 15% off."

This might seem counterintuitive. But for creators building a business, consistent work beats one-off payments. And brands appreciate your commitment.

→ They reply within 24-48 hours

Many creators ghost after a collab ends. That's one of the fastest ways to get blacklisted.

Be communicative. And if you can't, just say so. That alone builds trust.

→ They pitch before I do

"Want to turn this into a series?" or "I have an idea for a follow-up."

Brands value proactivity. It shows you're invested beyond just the current project.

→ They're honest when things underperform

One creator told me: "Hey, this one flopped. Here's why I think it happened, and here's what I'd do differently."

That message made me want to work with them more, not less.

Most creators don't do any of this. Which is exactly why you should.

→ Found a creator on our niche
→ Paid for one sponsored video (flat fee)
→ Offered affiliate commission on top (he didn't ask for it)
→ Video did really well, signups came in
→ A few converted to paid customers
→ He started seeing passive income hit his account

Then, without us reaching out for a new one, he made 3 more videos about Perspective.

On his own, with no ask, brief or second payment from our side.

Why? Two things:

- He loved the tool and thought it was valuable for his audience
- He saw the potential to own this niche before others did (smart creator)

Once I noticed he was doing that, I reached out. Now we're plotting how to 10x his impact together.

Here's the thing most brands get wrong:

They pay a flat fee. Creator posts. Done. Transaction over.

But flat fee only pays for their time. It doesn't keep them around.

That's why we always offer affiliate compensation on top, even when creators don't ask for it.

Yes, the affiliate cuts into margins on video one. But it almost guarantees videos 2, 3, 4 without extra spend.

It's a retention strategy (if you have a good product).

“OK wow obsessed with these visuals”

I got this comment from Jay Clouse on one of my visuals.

Someone who taught me a lot about what it means to build a creative business with intention.

I didn't expect that comment to make me feel the way it did. 

I've been doing this for many many years. I know I'm good at this. 

But somehow, being seen by someone you respect still makes a lot of difference.

At 9 I started designing on Photoshop and CorelDraw for fun

By 16 I was already freelancing

At 21 I started my “official” career.

I worked at startups, corporations and with dozens of clients. 

Basically 24 years of learning how to communicate ideas visually 

(if you count the 9 year old me haha)

A sprinkle of acknowledgment was what I needed.

And honestly? You probably need that too sometimes.

Posting your stories and expertise here makes room for this to happen

If you're a creative entrepreneur juggling a lot right now. 

The work, the clients, the life stuff, and you sometimes forget why you're doing this...

Keep posting even when you feel unheard or unseen.

10 most common content DEATHS on LinkedIn

It's not Halloween, but here is the spooky list


1. Beg for engagement in your posts

2. Ignore what your audience wants

3. Be spammy and annoy every single one in your connections

4. Flood your feed with memes that are not relevant to your niche

5. Overshare personal drama like relationship woes or mid-life crises

6. Post blurry selfies or vacation pics as your "professional insight.”

7. Use cheap images that don't match your premium positioning

8. Write walls of unbroken text over 200 words without visuals or breaks.

9. Use clickbaity titles like “The secret that (people) dont want you to know”

10. Use generic AI-generated images like whiteboards, billboards, sticky notes, etc

I've been following his work for a while and when I had the chance to work on his visuals, I got super excited.

His visuals weren't bad. 

They were functional.

But they lacked the emotion and sophistication that his ideas have.

This is how my client got 160+ new leads here on LinkedIn

Everyone's copying the comment funnel strategy. 
Almost nobody's doing this part

You have probably seen the “comment funnel” here on LinkedIn. Where people comment on your post and you send a lead magnet.

Maybe you have tried and didnt get the same luck and wonder why it flopped?

I work with Matthew Brown, and one of his most successful posts we did together generated over 160 leads and was paired with something that most ignore: infographics

Pairing an infographic + comment funnel is a super weapon, because:

- People had already value upfron in the image (+1 point)
- The image retained people, which gives engagement points to algo (+1 point)
- The infographic was highly bookmarkable, so people saved it (1+ point)
- When they comment to get the lead magnet, other people in their feed see (1+ point)

It's a complete win-win, your content checks all the boxes and in the end you will get many more leads than if you just dropped a link

So…How to do it?

- Create or choose a valuable asset to share
- Transform the asset into an infographic that will make people stop the scroll.
- In the infographic, ask for people to comment and save as the CTA
- In the caption, your CTA should focus on getting comments
- Post it and start getting leads

AI has made content creation 10x easier. Standing out has never been harder.

When it's easy to create, the only thing that makes people buy from you, and not your competitor, is how different you are.

You don't want to be in the wrong place in the commodity map.

Be on the bottom and you're either ultra forgettable or you scare your audience away.

Top left? You might do a good job, but people won't remember.

Aim for the top right and you'll have content that connects with your ideal audience.

There's definitely some benefit in trends, but only for those riding the wave early.

In the long term, it doesn't do good to your brand.

Trends make everybody look the same.

And you don't want that, do you?

The way out?

Unique visuals are a shortcut to creating recognition on the feed and attracting your ideal audience.

You can create them following the ISS framework (yes, I created this 😄)

IDEA
Identify one core idea and expertise you want to share that resonates with your audience

STRUCTURE
Choose the best structure that can explain it visually — not the other way around

STYLE
Introduce your brand personality so people recognize you before they even read
