I founded the legal department at Bitrise (a global B2B SaaS tech company), and built and ran it for 4.5 years.  I am a leading expert at creating, building and managing high-performing, lean in-house legal teams for tech companies, including the implementation and use of legal AI systems, optimizing contracting performance, data-driven decision making, and hiring top talent.  On AI, I selected and implemented our first AI-based CLM ahead of the curve a few years ago, and have now selected and implemented advanced generative AI contract capabilities utilizing the latest best practices for prompt engineering to create highly effective playbooks for AI contract review.  I designed and started our data collection in 2019.  It is used internally in the legal department, and by SLT and Sales, to make mission critical, data-informed strategic decisions.
