partially structured sales teams into disciplined, scalable revenue engines. I
specialize in leading companies from ±$1M ARR through $45M+ ARR,
building the systems, teams, and performance culture required for predictable
growth.

I have done this multiple times in SaaS and technology-driven businesses. I've
led sales organizations of up to 45 people, partnered directly with CEOs, and
boards, and built playbooks that allow teams to scale across regions without
losing quality or accountability.

My strength is operating in the middle of growth: when the company has
momentum, but the sales motion is inconsistent, the data is noisy, and leadership
needs clarity, control, and results.

businesses at the $2M–$20M ARR stage. Across these phases, my work has focused on the same
problem: turning growth into something that can actually be sustained.

I believe most companies don’t fail due to lack of effort or ambition, but because they are built in
fragments — offer, sales, delivery, people, and finances evolving independently.

My approach is systemic. I look at businesses as integrated systems where growth only holds when
a clear offer, predictable acquisition, strong teams, reliable delivery, and sound financials work
together.

Through my experience in venture-backed SaaS environments, I bring execution discipline,
metrics-driven thinking, and operating standards typically found in product-led companies into
service businesses — where growth often outpaces structure.

I work closely with founders to turn ambition into a functioning organisation: predictable, profitable,
