Exchange eligibility & enrollment product manager & policy analyst. Defined the technical requirements for the web-based enrollment product. 

Coordinated with Obama White House, and designed/implemented a communications and advertising strategy using social, digital, and email to target uninsured young adults 18-34 to sign up for health insurance through HealthCare.gov. Develop AB and multivariate testing strategies and measure performance analytics to optimize conversions generated through email content, landing pages, and audience segmentation methodologies.
