In my role as Lead Business Analyst I was responsible for the configuration of the ERP. This ERP system is a mixture of Microsoft Business Central and add-on (KNK) whose supportive for publishing processess. 

Our team was a mixture of Sdu, ELS Belgium and external professionals. We operated in an Agile way which means we divided the complete change horizon in so-called Value Streams. Each Value Stream consisted of multiple sprints (2 weeks rhythm). Each Value Stream starts with a sprint 0 in which the team defines the scope, user story map and planning for upcoming sprint. 

Main responsibilities: 
- define the Current and Future state and belonging set up in MS BC / KNK. 
- define the content of the sprint (MVP).
- design and define the Epics, Features and User Stories incl. Story Mapping and Planning.
- sparring partner for the Product Owner, Business Stakeholders and Implementation partner (Broad Horizon/DT Next).

- uitvoeren van analyse op bevindingen binnen een SCRUM-team;

Wat breng IK mee?
Ik werk met veel plezier bij SDU in de rol van Sr. Business Analist. De periode daarvoor heb ik als Adviseur / Management consultant opdrachten binnen het sociale domein (met name Care) mogen uitvoeren. De kern van deze opdrachten was het adviseren over IT en Business Alignment, het meehelpen opstellen van Organisatie e/o IT strategieën e/o het begeleiden van IT transitie(s). De periode daarvoor heb ik gedurende ca. 15 jaar in de rol van Business Analist / Consultant vanuit een detacheringspositie gewerkt. Altijd op het snijvlak van Business en IT. Binnen uiteenlopende domeinen. Op zowel operationeel, tactisch als soms strategisch niveau.
