Met mijn rol binnen het team ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en verbeteren van de rapportages, systemen, processen en data. Concreet betekent dit het analyseren van de processen en de data. Op basis van de analyse verbeteringen doorvoeren en deze implementeren binnen het team. 

Vanuit mijn rol heb ik geen HR-verantwoordelijkheid in het team, maar ik implementeer de verbeteringen en processen in het team, concreet betekent dat een inhoudelijke aansturing.

Gemeente Eindhoven

De afdeling Sport binnen de Gemeente Eindhoven wil ook met Planon MJOP werken. Tijdens dit project heb ik de rol van projectleider waarbij ik meer stuur op tijd en realisatie. Daarnaast help ik de business bij het definieren en helder krijgen van de requirements. In samenwerking met de functioneel beheerder en stakeholders realiseren we de migratie vanuit Excel naar Planon.

Voor diverse Planon projecten is functionele ondersteuning benodigd. Tijdens de projecten werk ik samen met de functioneel beheerder van de gemeente Eindhoven. In deze rol adviseer ik over de aanpak en de (on)mogelijkheden. Vervolgens voer ik de benodigde wijzigingen door in Planon en documenteer ik deze.

Als projectleider ben ik verantwoordelijk voor diverse projecten, zoals:
1. De sector Huisvesting heeft de administratie van projecten ondergebracht in Excel. Excel is een flexibel systeem, maar is voor een professionele organisatie geen duurzame oplossing. Met die reden moet  de projectadministratie ondergebracht worden in een betrouwbaar systeem. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van dat systeem. In detail gaan er 4 onderdelen landen in het systeem: Planning van de projecten, projectdocumentatie, budgetten en opdrachtverstrekking. 
De wijze waarop ik dat doe is door een inhoudelijke rol te pakken, dat betekent ook het beschrijven van processen, requirements, acceptatiecriteria, etc. Ik schakel met het SCRUM Team voor de realisatie van de benodigde software. En met de business hebben we werkgroepen, een kerngroep en een stuurgroep die ik leid. 

2. Tolken op locatie. Het proces voor het aanvragen van een tolk op locatie moest geautomatiseerd worden vanwege een aanbesteding. Met het SCRUM Team en de intermediairs hebben we een technische oplossing gerealiseerd. D.m.v. een API worden de aanvraag, match en kosten uitgewisseld. 
Ook hier heb ik een inhoudelijke projectleidersrol. Samen met de business formuleren we de requirements welke ik omzet in processchema's. Daarbij ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de technische afstemming met de intermediairs en het SCRUM Team.

In mijn rol als consultant was ik onderdeel van het SCRUM Team voor de applicatie Planon. Als functioneel ontwikkelaar heb ik nieuwe functionaliteiten ontwikkeld voor de business. De requirements werden deels door mij zelf geinventariseerd en deels door een epichouder binnen het SCRUM Team. 

Als (business) consultant heb ik de laatste periode gewerkt aan de realisatie van 3-weg-matching voor de huurverplichtingen. Inhoudelijk betekent dit het volgende:
- Uitwerken requirements & processchema's opstellen
- Bedenken oplossingen met het team
- Betrekken van en afstemming met stakeholders

I worked on digital and data projects for clients, such as Universiteit Leiden, Sint Maartenskliniek, Chemelot Sitech and Royal Flora Holland.

I advised Royal HaskoningDHV on creating a Data Lake and on how to implement Blockchain for new services and products.

Implementatie Consultant

Welkom op mijn profiel. 
Van jongs af aan heb ik een fascinatie voor technologische ontwikkelingen. In het werk vind ik het geweldig om digitale oplossingen te realiseren waarmee de klant haar processen verder kan digitaliseren, vernieuwen of optimaliseren. 

Mijn hart gaat sneller kloppen wanneer ik met een hecht, positief en resultaatgericht team aan een (deel)project kan werken. Het werken in projectvorm past goed bij mij, omdat je daarmee toewerkt naar een concreet doel, een stip op de horizon. Ik ben op mijn best als ik mij kan focussen op een beperkt aantal (deel)projecten.

Ik vind het leuk om met de inhoud bezig te zijn. Een rol als inhoudelijk projectleider, consultant of informatie/business analyst past goed bij mij. Mijn ambitie is om de stap naar de rol van Product Owner te zetten. 

Het geeft mij energie om samen met een team nieuwe of betere digitale oplossingen te realiseren. Ik ben een klantgericht en communicatief persoon, ik krijg graag verantwoordelijkheden en toon eigenaarschap. Ik zorg ervoor dat we met het team de nieuwe of betere oplossing realiseren. 

Het werken op ZZP basis past het beste bij mij, omdat ik energie haal uit het werken aan de inhoud en niet uit de interne, organisatorische, processen. Ik ambieer geen leidinggevende functie, ik werk liever samen in een team om iets moois te realiseren. Binnen het team heb ik er geen probleem mee om kritisch te zijn, mee te denken en anderen aan te sporen. 

In 2017 ben ik mij serieus gaan verdiepen in Bitcoin en Blockchain, een fascinerende technologie geboren vanuit een prachtig idealisme: zelf weer controle krijgen over je geld. Sinds 2017 ben ik dagelijks bezig met Bitcoin, Blockchain, de ontwikkelingen en de (macro) economie. Vanuit dat enthousiasme ben ik een training gaan ontwikkelen. Meerdere keren per jaar mag ik deze training, namens Auxilium Adviesgroep, geven aan hun leden. Met de accountants kijken we naar waarom Bitcoin is ontstaan, hoe het werkt, wat het voor hen betekent en wat de nieuwe ontwikkelingen zijn.
