→ Skills and tactics that drive the pipeline
→ Client questions about market positioning
→ ICP notes: pains, objections, buying triggers

Label each category. This is your "GTM Strategy Guide".

2. Set up your AI workspace:

→ Create a custom Claude Project
→ Upload your GTM Strategy Guide (the doc)
→ Upload this post's infographic as "guidelines."

3. Prompt it:

[Use all this information for context. I need you to understand it deeply because this is going to be the base for everything we build from now on]

4. Turn a topic into a full strategy (bonus prompt):

Ask your AI to use the "GTM Strategy Framework" from the infographic.

The first draft won't be perfect.

Use the "GTM Strategy Checklist" to validate it (or refine manually).

5. Here's how to improve it:

→ Be specific: ICP, pain point, channel, outcome
→ Focus on one thing: one market, one message, one motion
→ Rewrite positioning: test with real prospects, cut jargon
→ Ask: Does this move pipeline? Rebuild around that

6. Want more from one strategy? Try:

→ "Turn this into a 90-day launch plan"
→ "Rewrite this for a product-led motion"
→ "Make this work for enterprise vs. SMB"
→ "Add AI automation to compress the timeline"

You don't need more GTM frameworks.

You need a system that ships.

PS. Personally, I still validate every strategy with real customer calls, but this cuts discovery time in half :)
