Successfully delivered a GDPR compliant customer portal application (my.enovos.lu) handling SAP data and an oAuth2 authentication server. The application was built using scrum and agile project management in a cloud based devops environment using a microservices, shared-nothing architecture. The technologies used were Ansible, Ubuntu, nginx, pm2, Cassandra, Spark and Scala, React, Ramda and Redux, and node.js based REST applications. I combined agile methods with the Google sprint concept and ad-hoc usability testing sessions to deliver several other business applications based on 12 factor architecture principals using a mix of ExoScale and AWS cloud services.

As an Information Architect I was managing a team of developers and designers, and have worked with several large and small companies using agile project planning. I have worked on requirements gathering for front-end architecture and UI definitions, on release management and build automation, as well as data mining and LEMP stack applications using AWS cloud services (EC2, ELB, SES, S3, RDS).

iPro-Software: Build automation and release management for their portfolio of clients. Technical Architecture for website packages on Windows stack using Powershell, MSSQL. Change management consulting to switch to devops approach using semi-continuous development using NANT.  

SiteFig.io (startup): Python based distributed crawlers, capable of handling several terabytes per week using Couchbase and PostgreSQL using gensim for NLP data analysis on AWS services. 

Eurofins.com: Migration to AWS cloud using distributed architecture using a devops approach to deliver and deploy new releases. (MSSQL, Umbraco C#, XSLT).

Responsible for the corporate websites and the CMS Umbraco solution built to manage the portfolio of Eurofins' websites (then running 40 websites, 10000+ pages, 100 editors). 

As project manager I take care of the software life cycle of the CMS (requirements gathering, prioritising tasks and release planning, quality control processes). I travelled across Europe to meet stakeholders to gather requirements and lead workshops and trainings. I managed a DNS portfolio of over 300 domain names and over 150 websites in Europe, Asia and the US. 

My task was to provide website solutions to the Pharma, environment and Food & Feed divisions with the Eurofins Group.

I worked as a Helpdesk-Agent Coordinator writing for, and maintaining the
knowledge-base (KB). I supported the IT infrastructure of 7 companies (Ernst & Young,
Nederlands Spoorwegen, Vedior, etc.) in 3 languages: Dutch, French and
English. Besides my main job, I started a usability analyses of the KB and
proposed several changes to the structure and code of the website. These
proposals were implemented into the template and distributed into several
international versions of the KB.

Helpdesk Agent Coordinator

Experienced Application architect with 15 years of hands-on expertise building cloud and open-source based multilingual applications and managing redesign projects. 
I developed strong technical knowledge of application and information architecture and agile project management. I gained full software life-cycle experience managing software projects on both Linux and Windows stacks using mostly Amazon AWS Cloud services. 
I have worked as a team leader developing commercial mobile first applications. I have 7 years of experience communicating to high-level stakeholders in a decentralised multi-lingual international environment.
