EU Lead of Product Management Heavy/Bulky

Adding Sr. VM scope to existing Lead of Product Management for Heavy and Bulky products in FR
- Managed 8 top tier vendors and the categories of Exercise and Fitness, Cycling and Gift Experiences (experience boxes) in FR for a full commercial cycle, achieving all commercial targets (inputs/P&L top line and bottom line), and over performing on negotiation KPIs.
- Expanded 4 top vendors from FR into EU, working to find synergies and supporting them across the process. Achieved highest selling category country deal for Q4' 21 with an expanded vendor.
- Created and led internal workgroup to pilot direct imports on Heavy and Bulky Sports Equipment, creating savings and inventory guarantee.

Lead PM HB FR and Sr. Vendor Manager Exercise and Fitness/Cycling/Gift Experiences

•Responsible for designing and improving customer experience for Heavy Bulky Program, with an objective of revenue growth, high delivery experience metrics and lowering of costs in charge of a team of 4 in FR, with stakeholders in EU and US. 
• Led the launch of Major Domestic Appliances, coordinating with 10+ teams across EU/US, designing a product of minimum viable services and experience, implementing site changes and carrier negotiations and providing vendor information and support.  
• Led transportation carrier revision, initiating (i) negotiations with existing carriers, (ii) recruitment of new carriers and (ii) launch of AMXL (Amazon own carrier) in order to achieve a decrease of  Costs of Shipment for Heavy Bulky Products. 
• Recipient of Amazon FR 2021 “Just do it Award” as recognition for pro-activeness outside my scope during COVID.

Lead of Product Management - Heavy/Bulky and Home

CMM in the Amazon.Fr Marketplace (Seller Services) for Consumables, in charge of the Baby, Personal Care Appliances, Grocery and Beer/Wine/Spirits categories.
• EU Project Owner for ‘Beer, Wine and Spirits’, in charge of leading coordinated efforts among five countries, and reporting results to Regional High Management with regards to seller recruitment and revenue increase, as well as Seller Experience Improvement. 
• Co-led launch of Producer’s Store, dedicated online store for French producers in consumables reaching 2K products at launch, in charge of marketing and pricing streams. 
• Responsible for reporting and data analysis for selection, revenue and profitability, deep-diving on causes of plan misses or deceleration and tasked with creating roadmaps to directly reverse these causes through actionable plans. 
• Subject Matter Expert for Self Seller Recruitment and Brand Owner initiatives and marketing campaigns for France, auditing and driving initiatives impacting domestic revenue.

•	Acted as legal advisor for the CSR Division, advising on relations between the Company and the local communities by interacting with four departments as well as more than 200 internal clients in all seven offices. 
•	Provided additional contractual support to other Company departments, tending to more than 1000 internal clients in regards to developing any contractual strategy needed.
•	Presented a summary of all projects involving US$ 1mn and above before the CEO and CFO, together with each internal client analyzing contingencies and proposing the required alterations to make the projects legally viable.

•	Worked closely with Logistics in order to better serve clients, directing a weekly meeting to discuss all projects and share information to facilitate their operations which led to a reduction of 10% of the time taken to prepare a project for execution once it was requested.
•	Collaborated on an in-depth revision of CSR contracts with Logistics and Finance and developed a scheme to benefit from new tax legislation, saving more than US$ 500k in 2014.

•	Initiated an inter-department process to standardize CSR contracts and ensure authorizations were duly obtained and compliance procedures followed preventing audit and tax observations as well as fines.
•	Led a revision of all contractual models used in order to include new clauses which addressed typical contingencies, preventing future losses in time and costs of project and external legal advice.

Analysis and Problem Solving
•	Analyzed a new consumer automobile financing product for a renowned Chile company starting operation in Peru, adapting it to standards and obtaining its regulatory approval in the shortest legal period through a thorough presentation to the authorities, as well as drafted and finalized all documents needed for operations.
•	Created prospectuses and took charge of regulatory proceedings authorities for three public investment funds of more than US$ 50mn in capital managed by international companies.
