Came into nothing and built everything everywhere all at once in an environment where a 6 person startup having outages determined if thousands of people could buy groceries that night.  

* Redid our account and vendor logins so that our company was bus-redundant.  
* Decided on tooling, monitoring, logging, and alerting vendors.
* Developed company-wide standards and processes around every part of the development and deployment process.

At Google, I was an SRE for both Remote Debug Logging (RDL) and GCP Cloud Logging as a Site Reliability Engineer.  

We have spent the last two years doing a Production Readiness Review in order to get GCP Cloud Logging to a point where SRE's could in fact take the pager in terms of number and quality of monitoring, alerts, number of deploy tools we had to learn, and toil while simultaneously doing a global to regional configuration split. 

* Led the design signoffs and porting process for 3 of our binaries, GDPR compliance, web frontend, and Cross-regional traffic router
* Built out the templates we used for both our capacity planning (~4000 DC + binary entries across Cloud Logging) and Cloud Security Permissions relationships generation (1 -> 800 MDBs across Cloud Logging)
* Regionalized our Cloud Infrastructure into 27 regions
* Automated our Cloud rollouts to the point that multiple regions were deployed without telling us.  
* Applied Automation to our 1800 Cloud Access Control groups.  
* Resolved multiple oncall issues including discovering, resolving, and then pushing through code fixes to prevent an outage that took down 10% of RDL
* Was 1 of 2 US-based SRE's who pushed through an emergency regionalization of our storage backend shortly before Christmas 2019.  
* Ran the RDL pager for 1 week every month and Cloud Logging Pager 1 week in 6
* Discovered, mitigated, fixed, and then permanently updated our monitoring and testing to resolve an outage that turned off ~10% of all internal logging at Google
* Updated our documentation to reflect our changing circumstances
