My role :

Sales team management :
- Leading a small team and developing European markets in order to rise the new business acquisition potential of the company.
- Managing up to 4 sales executives (currently 3) and leading the « new business » sales team.
- Hiring, training, coaching and motivating the team to achieve the sales target
- Following the team's performances and the market tagets relevancy KPI's. (ratios of performance for prospection, meetings efficience, closing efficience, relevancy of the target…)
- Assisting and assessing sales executives in their meetings, closings, or to achieve their individual targets.
- Working closely with the president to enforce  the company strategy at the sales team level.

Key Account Management :
- Account management and business development on Fortune 500 companies.
- Cold calling.
- Hiring, managing, and training junior sales executives
- Short and medium cycle sales (6 months maximum).
- Sales of packaged tools and of custom IT projects based on our SaaS solution.
