- Acting as a coordinator at European and Global level on the global Keystone programme to upgrade the comms infrastructure of every customers to the BT-MPLS network.
- Concept and design of an analysis tool to be used across the region to evaluate the requirements of each site, identify the most appropriate option for upgrades and track progress. The tool was extended to a worldwide coverage, to produce reports to senior management.
Process and business analysis, providing advice to the central teams in the programme, to ease delivery and optimise costs. Advisor to improve/adapt internal tools used globally.
- Mission at Thomson Reuters to complete the last phase of the Keystone global programme in EMEA tz. The goal was to upgrade the telecom infrastructure to BT-MPLS for 265 clients connected to datacentres in Europe, Middle-east and Africa. Two-third of the installed base were for major bank accounts in United Kingdom. 
- Plan and manage internal and customer facing changes for various products and services covering all relevant areas from commercials to support and escalation procedures
- Managed migration of over 5000 client sites to a new delivery infrastructure in EMEA exceeding the 2007 and 2008 targets.
