• Supported the delivery of agreements for Startup Grind’s event in Silicon Valley with more than 10K attendees worldwide, including VCs and founders.
• Increased average engagement per impression rate to 1.2% in all social media channels (64.9% growth compared to 2021).
• Improved monthly net audience growth per down-trending channel to 19,685 followers (33.33% growth compared to 2021). 
• Increased click rates per channel to 17,490 (26.5% growth compared to 2021).

AIESEC

Worked in the global office of AIESEC in a team of 22 people from 20 different nationalities responsible for leading AIESEC's 110+ national offices and coordinating 1000+ employees and 30.000+ local volunteers.

• Achieved 105% of the yearly revenue quota through the management of new and existing partner relationships between AIESEC and a high volume of Global Multinationals such as International SOS, Electrolux, Nokia, UCB, Adecco Group Foundation, DP World, Husqvarna Group. 
• Negotiated and closed renewals with 78% of the accounts managed.
• Coordinated Annual Hybrid and Virtual Events strategy (500-4000+ attendees), decision-making, and risk mitigation processes. 
• Co-designed Digital Marketing Campaigns, Webinars, Challenges, Panels, and other events to showcase our partnership and our client’s needs.
Implemented the CRM at the Global and Regional Offices, ensuring an effective process between us and our partners as well as focusing on better leads management and tracking.
• Worked cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams, to ensure smooth and successful execution, and optimize processes.
• Led a global account management team (13 members) in a remote work environment. Cultivated an energetic, collaborative environment to enrich peer-to-peer learning, drive revenue goal achievement, and customer-centric approach.

• Managed, nurtured, and maintained global partnerships such as UCB, Microsoft, Odoo, and Schneider Electric to drive the acquisition of international talent.
• Developed a pipeline of relevant prospective partners and referrals, including leveraging current partnerships to get to new departments.
• Executed multiple enterprise-level projects, such as a Regional Project with Microsoft across 12 European countries at different Microsoft offices.
• Pivoted the business development strategy to respond to COVID-19 to mitigate churn rate and revenue decline achieving 100% partner retention.
• Negotiated and closed 75% of renewals by establishing rapport, identifying new business opportunities, and driving best-in-class product adoption.

• Managed partners’ engagements and deliverables (UCB, Husqvarna Group, Mindvalley, Electrolux) by supporting the speakers, organizing all marketing materials, managing the social media calendar, and supporting all the necessary logistics for their participation during the whole preparation process.
• Supported vendor management, and organized all the details needed before, during, and after their engagements.

Events Manager | International Presidents Meeting 2020

• Achieved 80% of the growth of the new partners’ acquisition strategy.
• Boosted inbound strategy, capitalizing on national networks, and events participation. Planned and executed the 60th Anniversary of AIESEC in Venezuela and other events designed for public outreach and media relations.

• Created and executed a Human Rights project to empower Venezuelan citizens through advocacy, storytelling, and documentary photography, which included recruiting and training +25 volunteers (including journalists and advocates) and planning online and offline activities such as radio interviews and events to strengthen the campaign's outreach.
