I love turning ideas into companies - and I’m lucky to be surrounded by people who share the same passion. 

Right now, I’m fully focused on Heizma. What started as an idea in December 2023 turned into a company by March 2024. By the end of that year, we had reached €10M in sales and installed over 500 heat pumps. Bootstrapped.

Today, Heizma is Austria’s leading full-service electrification provider, offering heat pumps, solar, batteries, EV chargers, air conditioning, energy management, and an energy community to help our customers access the cleanest and most affordable energy possible.


I’ve been chasing ideas and turning them into businesses for as long as I can remember - from flipping goods at flea markets at age 7 to large-scale game key reselling at 15 (XX.XXX€ monthly revenue), which eventually led me to Bitcoin.

What followed were multiple business ideas during my university years, until my early touchpoints with Bitcoin led me to build Coinpanion. The idea? So simple it actually worked: Crypto for people who don’t want to follow charts - just set it, forget it, and let it ride. (hello #ETFs for crypto)

So I did what every 21-year-old entrepreneurial student does: I stopped studying (eventually finished later) and dove headfirst into the rollercoaster. We built a team of up to 40, expanded into 3 countries (Austria, Germany, and Poland), reached 25,000 customers, and raised €6M in funding.

In 2023, we were fortunate to successfully exit the company to Revix, which - together with a consortium of crypto platforms - became Altify, now serving a large number of customers across Africa and Europe.

With no break at all, things unfolded as they did, and I found myself in the next adventure: Heizma - and honestly, I love it every day. 

Occasionally, I also invest in other startups via morgen ventures, but the truth is:
I’m a founder first, investor second - and right now, it’s heads-down building time.

Linear Tech GmbH

Lineardent designs and manufactures invisible dental aligners and distributes them through partner dentists and orthodontists. 

As CEO, my main responsibility is the operational management of the company and getting my hands dirty wherever I am needed. 

- Built a network of over 500 dentists and orthodontists in Germany to distribute our aligners.
- Developed over 10,000 individual treatment plans for patients.
- Built a small but efficient team of up to 9 people.

We use state of the art technology to produce the highest quality aligners for our customers.

- 3D scanning of models using Dental Wings to ensure the highest possible accuracy.
- 3D treatment development using 3Shape and Ortho Analyzer to develop the optimal orthodontic process for our patients. 
- 3D printing of the final aligner model and finishing with hand milling.

Our target market is Germany and we run a sales driven distribution channel supported by digital marketing.

Smilebold

Smilebold was a D2C teeth-straightening service that delivered personalized, invisible aligners to people's doorsteps at a fraction of the traditional price.

We launched the brand as a dedicated line alongside the original B2B business, Lineardent, run by Linear Tech GmbH.

Together with our team we:

- Developed and launched a millennial-focused brand 
- Created an automated online eligibility assessment test 
- Developed a comprehensive online platform where customers could preview a 3D simulation of their treatment, communicate with our medical team, and track their teeth straightening progress
- Launched a distribution engine driven primarily by influencer collaborations
- Expanded the service from Germany 🇩🇪 to Austria 🇦🇹

Comparable services include SmileDirectClub, Candid, Byte or PlusDental (now part of Dr. Smile).

We discontinued the service in late 2020 due to rising customer acquisition costs with VC-backed companies entering the space (where CLTV<CAC apparently wasn't an issue...) and concerns about the quality of remote treatment.

Linear Tech SRL

We specialized in the design and manufacture of dental aligners under the brand "Lineardent", which were sold directly to partner dentists and orthodontists.

- Initially set up production process and location to manufacture high quality, customized death alginers at reasonable cost.
- Establishment of the first sales-oriented distribution channel in Italy
- Establishment of a logistics network throughout Italy to deliver our alginers to customers with short turnaround times.

In 2013, we began to expand our offering to Germany, as the demand for teeth straightening showed greater potential due to higher average disposable income and insurance coverage.

In 2014, Linear Tech SRL merged with Linear Tech GmbH as we moved our headquarters to Lübeck, Germany.

Dental Labor Valtingojer 

Continuation and transformation of LaboDent SNC.

In addition to our traditional dental laboratory services, we launched a dedicated dental milling service, which massively increased our order volume.

We offered our dental milling service throughout Italy.

LaboDent SNC (OHG)

Together with a colleague, we opened our own dental laboratory where we produced and distributed various dental products, i.e. prostheses, bridges, crowns, etc., throughout northern Italy.

I later took over the business from my colleague, renamed it to Dental Labor Valtingojer and carried it on independently.
