I’m a CEO and operator specialising in building, scaling, and turning around PE-backed software businesses. I’ve spent my career taking on complex situations where clarity, pace, and strong leadership are required to unlock value and create durable growth.

I’m commercially rigorous and market-led, with deep experience across P&L ownership, go-to-market execution, organisational design, and culture change. I believe long-term value is created where disciplined execution meets healthy, high-trust cultures, and I take particular pride in building teams that can perform at a high level without burning out or losing their sense of purpose.

My leadership style blends philosophy with action. I care deeply about first-principles thinking, but I’m equally comfortable in the detail: making hard calls, simplifying complexity, and driving momentum when businesses risk stalling. Most recently, I built and led Practi, a FinTech venture in UK healthcare, from inception through scale, partnering with a major corporate parent and navigating the realities of regulated markets, rapid growth, and organisational transition.
