Startupbootcamp is an accelerator for startups, running 20+ industry-focused programs in some of the greatest startup hubs including Amsterdam, San Francisco, London and Berlin. We take startups global by giving them direct access to an international network of the most relevant partners, investors, and mentors in their sector. 

How we work:

For each program, we select 10 companies to take part in a tailored and intense 3-month acceleration program.

My role at Startupbootcamp: Giving our corporate sponsors (Nedbank, PwC, Woolworths Financial Services, BNP Paribas, RCS and Old Mutual etc.) access to innovative startups and helping those startups achieve product/market fit. Part of what I do includes building new lean startups inside large companies.

Implemented a successful evergreen inbound marketing strategy using HubSpot. This led to a consistent, continuous stream of inbound leads which ranged from idea stage startups to the largest companies in the world.

I advised startups at idea stage, drafted sales proposals based on clients' requirements, worked with the CTO to provide spec documentation and cost estimates, inbound marketing using HubSpot, WordPress, Drift & Google Hangouts and outbound using PipeDrive, Zapier and LinkedIn Premium.

Bitcube is a full-spectrum Digital Partner: We have helped teams in multiple countries, ranging from early-stage startups, to Fortune 500 companies, create custom software products.

Our industries range from luxury fashion (ecommerce) to HR, manufacturing, accounting and aviation.

My duties as COO included: New Business Development, Growing Existing Business, Fundraising and ensuring Customer Success.

Quainted is an enterprise social network and wellness platform. Our most notable achievement was placing 6th in a startup competition held at Google Switzerland. During my time at Quainted our clients included Deloitte, EY, the City of Cape Town, Zurich Insurance, 9 different governmental departments and the national revenue service. Was part of the Technogym Wellness Accelerator near Venice, Italy. Raised $319k after our demo day. My role involved fundraising, writing business and marketing plans, account management, managing client relationships and managing our KPIs.

H-farm is one of the oldest startup accelerators in Europe, predating Y-combinator.
H-farm is best-known for its exit of Depop to Etsy for over $1.6 Billion.

H-FARM runs industry-focused Accelerators with the aim to select, support and invest in the most promising startups. All programs take place in our Campus, an innovation hub where selected startups experience an immersive 4-month program, surrounded by other startups at different stages, corporations & business leaders, mentors & investors.

H-FARM provides each startup an all-inclusive investment package of seed investment, room&board, office facilities, acceleration services: mentorship, workshops & seminars, deals from tech partners, business network and a Demo Day. I envision a future where exercise is not just recommended but systematically prescribed and treated as a core part of healthcare, not just an afterthought. Despite its proven role in preventing disease, it remains underutilized, with most interventions focused on treating illness rather than preventing it. It’s not just about adding years to your life, but making sure those years are active and pain-free.

Previously, I worked in pharma and longevity research, seeing firsthand how chronic diseases like hypertension and diabetes erode health over time. 

At the same time, I watched my grandparents lose their strength, independence, and spark. The more I learned, the more I realized: prevention trumps treatment.

Then, as I approached 30, I started questioning my own health. Was this when decline begins? 

Around that time, I discovered Dr. Peter Attia’s podcast just as it launched and a few years later, I read Outlive, reinforcing what I was beginning to understand—fitness is the best longevity intervention available today.

Breakthroughs in aging research are still decades away, but practical, accessible, and nearly free interventions, such as improving VO2 Max and strength can extend both lifespan and healthspan right now. 

That’s why I shifted—from pharma and tech to practical longevity.
