- Bootstrapped to 1000+ subscribers with 40+ 5 star reviews from customers
- Terminated because of increased prices and supply shortage due to Covid

Blackout curtains Cool temp (65-68°F / 18-21 Celsius) 
Complete darkness 
White noise if needed

→ Cut caffeine at noon
