P.S. This reminds me so much of what happened in SEO in 2010 and afterward with Google. We're fighting a cold email war now, and without clean data, you will get lost to the spambox and forgotten forever. Start now.

For a while I fell into this ego trap of thinking that we needed to charge more and more for our services. It's interesting to watch how different people build their businesses... Some still doing everything manually and others automating every step and something tells me that the best approach is somewhere in between (at least I hope so) because the goal is a peaceful, calm life. Vandaag stond er weer een digitale koffiedate op de agenda met onze snelst groeiende agency-partner. Niet om een groot project te lanceren, maar om simpelweg bij te praten: hoe gaat het met het team, waar lopen ze tegenaan, welke kansen zien zij bij klanten?

Juist die momenten, tussen de deals, projecten en dashboards door, maken het verschil. In groei schuilt ook druk: nieuwe klanten, nieuwe processen, nieuwe verwachtingen. Door regelmatig echt in gesprek te blijven, zorg je dat je:

Vandaag weer zo’n sessie waarin alles klopt:
, Laptop open, code op het scherm 💻  , Digitale whiteboard vol ideeën  , Fruit en snacks op tafel  , En vooral: een klant die zó betrokken is dat het meer voelt als één team dan als “klant vs. leverancier”.

De kerstboom op de achtergrond “hoort” er al lang niet meer te staan. Maar eerlijk? Hij staat er nog omdat we met iets anders bezig zijn: met volle focus samen bouwen aan oplossingen.

Dit soort momenten laten zien wat mij betreft het verschil tussen samenwerken en écht co-creëren:

- Samen live experimenteren in de code  
- Direct feedback, meteen verbeteren  
- Ruimte voor een grap, maar altijd met serieuze ambitie eronder

Passie voor je werk herken je aan de kleine dingen: de late commits, de volgekalkte whiteboards, de spontane selfies met je klant 🤝, en soms ook aan een kerstboom die stiekem een paar maanden te lang blijft staan.

Op nog veel meer van dit soort sessies, mét of zonder kerstversiering.

Vandaag zit ik, op afstand, met Thor van Youlynq.me te sparren 💻

Op de foto zie je precies hoe dat gaat: meerdere schermen vol dashboards, contentkalenders en data, met Thor in de call die enthousiast een thumbs-up geeft. Niet omdat we “weer een tool” bouwen, maar omdat we werken aan iets dat één ding moet doen: het jou makkelijker maken om consistent zichtbaar te zijn op LinkedIn.

Te veel professionals posten nog ad hoc:
- Alleen als er iets “belangrijks” gebeurt
- Zonder duidelijke lijn in onderwerpen
- Zonder te meten wat echt werkt

- Ritme: hoe vaak je écht moet posten om top-of-mind te blijven
- Relevantie: content die past bij jouw doelgroep en propositie

Targeted connection → value-driven message → short discovery call. Measurable, repeatable, trackable.
