These Centers of Excellence focused on harnessing the power of ATG (Art Technology Group) technologies, which are an integral part of the Oracle stack, to build robust and efficient eCommerce websites.

In this role, I led a team of talented technology professionals and collaborated closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver innovative eCommerce solutions. The ATG technology stack, consisting of ATG eCommerce system, BCC merchandising, Endeca Search, Coherence Cache, Oracle Database, and WebLogic Middleware, formed the foundation of our solutions.

One of my key responsibilities was to drive the strategic planning and execution of projects involving ATG technologies. This entailed analyzing client requirements, defining technical architectures, and designing scalable and high-performance eCommerce websites. As a startup telecom company, Olive Telecommunications was trying to establish an efficient Software Design and Development Center. I was hired with the sole objective to create a team capable of handling all the software development needs for telecom domain. Four different verticals – Driver Development, Android Development, Mobile (BREW) Development and Application Development (Windows, Macintosh and Linux) – were created from scratch. My responsibilities comprised of hiring and mentoring professionals; interacting with the customers and sales teams to understand requirements; creating the architecture for software; allocating resources for the project and finally doing the coding depending on the complexity of the module.
