Senior Account Executive, Sales Incubation

Sales Incubation is a newly launched motion within the Revenue org to support our sales team in providing the best experience with our customers. By designing effective playbooks, talk tracks, cadences, value props, and virtually every other piece of the Go-To-Market strategy for new products and bundles.

My role consists of trialling new products in the market to understand demand and market fit, both in existing and new customers. We then take this feedback and research to build the GTM strategy for these products to handoff to the wider Revenue Org.

Highlights:
- Developed NotebookLM AI tool to observe and analyze of hundreds of sales calls to greatly reduce the time needed to comprehend a sales motion's effectiveness
- Pioneered usage of Google Gemini to build sales decks and customer presentations at speed
- Consistently led in activity metrics and overdelivered on quota during every incubation

My role consisted of engaging leaders at organizations of ~2500 employees, and providing consultative sales support to enable their teams to create incredible websites. This was a full sales cycle role from prospecting to launch.

Docebo is the leading corporate learning management system. Their learning suite enables L&D teams to create, deliver, and measure the impact of their training across the enterprise.

My segment was focused on net new accounts ranging from 2500-5000 employees. In this role I was responsible for full sales cycle selling. From new opportunity generation, through demoing and contracting. Our team focused on engaging HR and L&D leaders at leading enterprise organizations.

After nearly five incredible years, it's bittersweet to share that I closed my Webflow chapter earlier this month. 

When Kai Mak and Maggie Hott took a bet on me back in 2021, I didn’t quite realize what I was about to experience. I knew that Webflow was changing the game in the web development space, working the world’s most innovative companies, and attracting top talent. What I learned and experienced was much more profound. All three things coming together was short of magic. Here are just a handful of highlights from the last few years:

• Empowering our customers to improve their customer and brand experiences, go to market in new ways, and arm their people with new skills (s/o Malcolm Greene Ameen Kazerouni, Dmytro Yevdokymov, Carol McNerney, Brendan Gualdoni and many more). Some of the most exciting projects of my career. 
• Growth of all kinds: Watching folks like Delaney Shea and Warner Price grow from our Founding SDR/BDRs to some of our strongest AE's. Or Ali Ferrante and May Kotsopoulos going from rockstar AE’s to high performing leaders. 
• Having the opportunity to kick off my own leadership career. 
• Witnessing folks like Mohammed Alsakka, Spencer Ivey and others rise to the occasion to mentor their peers, uplevelling everyone in the way they work. 
• Running several events with Veronica Hsiao + Ann Marie Pawlicki Dinkel, connecting with new and potential customers, learning all about their marketing initiatives. 
• Empowering folks hit their professional goals was one thing, but seeing them hit new heights personally was everything. I saw folks quit smoking, throw their dad a 70th birthday party, run marathons, prioritize their health, read more, cook more, perfect a headstand and so much more. 
• Working with Mercy Bell to develop new frameworks and motions to help our teams meet the market moment and our customers where they were. 
• First ever Webflow President’s Club
• Absolutely crushed! The growth we witness from 2021 to now has been tremendous, and I'm excited to see what the team continues to do! 🚀
