Sales Incubation is a newly launched motion within the Revenue org to support our sales team in providing the best experience with our customers. By designing effective playbooks, talk tracks, cadences, value props, and virtually every other piece of the Go-To-Market strategy for new products and bundles.

My role consists of trialling new products in the market to understand demand and market fit, both in existing and new customers. We then take this feedback and research to build the GTM strategy for these products to handoff to the wider Revenue Org.

- Developed NotebookLM AI tool to observe and analyze of hundreds of sales calls to greatly reduce the time needed to comprehend a sales motion's effectiveness
- Pioneered usage of Google Gemini to build sales decks and customer presentations at speed

-Sacrificing short-term comfort for long-term impact

Everyone starts at zero.

Those “overnight successes” you see? 

They didn’t get there by luck. 

They kept their heads down, worked harder and with INTENTION, and became more comfortable being SEEN than anyone else... and they refused to quit.

So, when it gets tough + it will..... 
Ask yourself: What is my WHY? How badly do I really want it? 

I’m LOVING building the ripple effect and am endlessly grateful for every person who’s trusted me along the way. (we are just getting started 😉🌀) 

But make no mistake
… it’s SURE AS HELL not luck.

but the truth is…

we’re not really living in the real world.

Most of us live in bubbles: our routines, our screens, our expectations.

Unaware of what the real world truly is.

The way other cultures live.
The other definitions of success.
The ways people fill their days.

🌏Because travel isn’t an escape from the real world...
it’s often an awakening into it.

The so-called “real world” we return to is usually the constructed one…

the schedules, the notifications, the expectations 

While the moments on the road strip that away and reconnect us to something raw, human, and universal. 🧳

So when we come home, it’s not about “getting back to reality.”

It’s about asking:
-How can I bring what I experienced on a soul level to shift the way we all move through life? 

Because the truth is....
when we traveled, we saw the real world. 🌍

Can we talk about the double standard no one wants to admit….

As a female founder, I’ve asked myself this more than once:

If I want to be respected… do I have to wear makeup? 

Because the research says it loud and clear: 

💄 Women who wear makeup are often rated as more competent, more “put together,” and more trustworthy.

💄 But wear too much? Suddenly, you’re seen as less capable or even less moral.

So… how are we supposed to win?

Here’s my answer:

👉 We don’t win by fitting into the system. We win by challenging it.

And doing what feels GOOD to us. 

Not what society wants us to do. 

I’ve run every mastermind, every coaching call, every client conversation for the ripple effect without makeup. 

Not because I’m against it… but because it feels authentic to me and I believe other women deserve to see leadership that is real. 

No filters.
No contouring.
No perfection.

Just presence. Authenticity. Truth.

And sure maybe according the stats I’ve landed less “respect” “clients” “status” but I am finding those that deeply + truly align 
(flawless skin, long eyelashes or not) 

If we want a world where women can lead as themselves….

then change doesn’t happen until we stop performing for approval.

Because change doesn’t happen… if change doesn’t happen.

We’ve just been conditioned to see LinkedIn = corporate. 😬💼

But, with the ripple effect, it’s changing everything.

I see so many soul-led women say:
“I need to build my brand and scale my business.”

So they look for the “best LinkedIn or top personal branding coach"…
and end up in programs built on:

💼bro codes
⚡hustle culture
📊the “fastest” way to scale
🏙️9–5 city grind energy

And they end up feeling drained, disconnected, and out of flow. 

But here’s the truth….just because someone’s strategy works
doesn’t mean it’s meant for you.

Before you hire anyone, ask yourself:
✨ Would I actually want to live like them?
✨ Does their energy feel aligned with how I want to show up?

I go a layer deeper personally, I ask: 
-Would I trade places and love to live their life for a day? 
-Do I want to live how they are living? 
-Would I be happy adopting their strategy and mindset? 

Because mentorship is energetic.
You don’t just learn their tactics, you absorb their way of being.

So, choose mentors whose lives and values reflect what you’re creating. 
not just their success metrics. 

I believe your personal brand + business should be built your way. 
With ease. With alignment. With soul.

And the second it dings, we drop what we’re doing… as if what’s right in front of us suddenly matters less.

Our attention: stolen in milliseconds by the flash of a screen.

I started noticing this pattern in myself, and decided to make two simple changes that have helped me reconnect with presence:

📵 I shut off notifications.
✈️ I put my phone on airplane mode on weekends (or anytime I need to unplug).

Because true leadership isn’t about being available to everyone ASAP…

Its about being aligned with yourself first and present when you do respond. 

We are addicted to our phones…. but small boundaries like these help us retrain the brain and release the pressure to always be “on.”

It’s not about disconnecting from the world.

It’s about reconnecting with yourself. ✨

How to quit your job that isn’t lighting up your soul…


1. don’t say “quit” —> rather say…. “move on” “part ways” “left” 

2. journal and sit in solitude before until your gut gives you no other option 

3. know your answer and stick to it, self pep talk strong so you stick to your souls calling 

4. trust in the process and watch it all unfold….

5. screenshot and save any “wins” from your time at company as a reminder of your impact 

6. send gratitude notes to everyone who got you to where you are 

7. screenshot and save any last convos or goodbyes and remarks from coworkers to hold onto the connections and feel good feelings 

8. go on a walk after you do it and tell yourself you are proud (feel all the feels) 

9. watch out from signs and synchronicities from the universe 

10. build your LinkedIn personal brand!!!! Your story and presence is more important than ever now (the raw, authentic, realness) 

It’s a beautiful journey. 

You are likely on your way to becoming a soul-led CEO and creator of something bigger than yourself 

Or maybe a 

Gardener
Singer
Cafe owner 
Poet 
Business owner 

or something entirely unexpected.…

This is from my POV as someone who went through this

(and what I wish I saw + read on LinkedIn to normalize this process) 

This isn’t an ending, it’s a beginning.

What I know for sure: when you follow your soul, you’re never lost. 

Follow that dang soul!!!!!

small talk
pretending to be “on”

....when my soul just wanted space to breathe...
to talk about quantum healing, barefoot grounding, + meditation downloads 🧘‍♀️

now? call days are honestly my favorite days of the week ✨

last week, was a co-creation session led by Adina, all about flow mindset... and wow, we walked away with so much to integrate 🧠

the biggest shift? 

when you’re in your purpose...
surrounded by people who see you, get you, and want to grow with you —

calls don’t drain you. 😩
they EXPAND you. 🤯

you know, romanticizing a hot girl walk in fall in new england 🍁 listening to Noah Kahan 

and I came across one of those roadside library book cases

(the “take a book, leave a book” ones) 📖

I always stop... partly to browse, but mostly to see how the universe wants to speak to me through books, words, and synchronicities ✨

this time, it was a big HELLO, a clear “you’re on the right track” from the universe.

two books stood out to me:
1. "Authenticity"
2. "Writing Down the Bones - Freeing the Writer Within"

I legit laughed out loud, grabbed them both, and walked home smiling.

it honestly felt like the universe winked right at me✨

OK, universe… message received. 🙌

As part of being in the ripple effect community, every member can hold and take part in co-creation sessions- and then we write soul-led LinkedIn content after. 

Yesterday, Nicole led a beautiful virtual sound healing co-creation session for our community and we left feeling aligned, lit up, and more connected (to ourselves and to each other) 🎶🧘‍♀️

When Nicole first joined the ripple effect, she had never even talked about sound healing on LinkedIn and didn’t have “sound healer” anywhere in her profile.

Fast forward to today…
 ✨ she’s a sound healer thought leader on LinkedIn
 ✨ her corporate company invited her to lead a sound healing session after seeing her posts
 ✨ she’s running retreats and taking on clients for her sound healing business, Soul Harmony 

She fully stepped into her power... creating her dream life, minimizing burnout, and guiding others toward inner peace.
