Sales Incubation is a newly launched motion within the Revenue org to support our sales team in providing the best experience with our customers. By designing effective playbooks, talk tracks, cadences, value props, and virtually every other piece of the Go-To-Market strategy for new products and bundles.

My role consists of trialling new products in the market to understand demand and market fit, both in existing and new customers. We then take this feedback and research to build the GTM strategy for these products to handoff to the wider Revenue Org.

- Developed NotebookLM AI tool to observe and analyze of hundreds of sales calls to greatly reduce the time needed to comprehend a sales motion's effectiveness
- Pioneered usage of Google Gemini to build sales decks and customer presentations at speed
- Consistently led in activity metrics and overdelivered on quota during every incubation

Sharing my 2025 Recap…. a year that asked me to trust before I was ready.

2025 didn’t play small and neither did I.

It was a year of listening deeply, saying yes before certainty arrived, and allowing life to expand me in ways I couldn’t have planned. 

A year where inner work met bold action +  everything shifted because of it.

Highlights from the journey:

• Graduated from my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training 
with Meghan Leighton (Dutton)  
• Graduated from The Feminine Frequency Business School
with Jessica Zweig 
 
• Meditated every morning for 365 days 🧘‍♀️
• Didn’t drink alcohol all year
(these choice completely transformed my inner world and the outer followed)

• First full year running my own business (the ripple effect) and going all in on myself
• Made deeply aligned, divine connections (many of them through LinkedIn) 🤍

• Did van-life for the first time 🚐
• Saw the Northern Lights in Norway 🇳🇴
• Went backpacking for the first time 🎒
• Living in Asia for the first time 🐘

Worked remotely growing the ripple effect from: 

South Africa, Norway, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Greece, Mexico, and Thailand 🌍

And found what we think will be a home base on the mid-coast of Maine 🦞🇺🇸

I also made it home for what mattered most:
– My sister’s wedding
– Seeing my brother’s new house
– Celebrating Halloween at my grandma’s nursing home
– Quality time with my parents (including my mom visiting me in South Africa 🤍)

On the business side:
• 3 powerful cohort groups with dream soul-aligned clients + transformations I’m beyond proud of 🥹
• Launched my weekly newsletter 
• Launched the ripple effect online community
• Launched my first online course 
• Hosted 8 mastermind sessions with a global audience 

When I look back I think almost all of what happened came from LEAPING far before I felt ready and for that I am so proud!!! 

2025 was truly a year of shedding and expansion + learning to hold growth and grounding at the same time.

Doing things differently isn’t easy. Trailblazing rarely is.

But when it’s aligned with your soul’s calling… it’s always worth it 🤍

Grateful for the journey. 

Grounded in what I’ve built.

It’s rigid.
Linear.
Obsessed with titles, ladders, and permission.

I’m none of those things.

I’m 26.
An old soul.
Nomadic by nature.

I don’t believe life is meant to be postponed.
I believe we are supposed to live + enjoy, now. 

I say all of that. 

And yet- this platform gave me more freedom than anything else ever has.

Not because I played the game.

But because I stopped asking for approval.

My personal brand changed everything for me.

Not in a “girlboss” way.
In a quiet leverage way.

I don’t wake up to an alarm anymore. ⏰
I choose where I live. 🌏
I choose who I work with. 🫂
I choose how my days feel. 😋

That’s real freedom.

Most people think freedom comes from money.
It doesn’t.

It comes from leverage.

And attention is the cleanest form of leverage available right now.

When people know you, trust you, and resonate with your voice:
Opportunities come to you 🧲

You don’t chase rooms-you’re invited
You don’t beg for flexibility-you design it

I built a personal brand here as a woman who doesn’t fit the mold.

Soft in a hard space.
Intuitive in a logical world.

Led by values, not fear.

And instead of pushing me out-
LinkedIn amplified me.

Freedom isn’t loud.
It’s not flashy.

It’s not forcing yourself into boxes that were never meant for you. 

Freedom is waking up and living a life that actually feels like yours.

That’s what my personal brand gave me.

Not status.
Not hustle.

Space.
Choice.
And a life I don’t need a vacation from.

And I want that for YOU too. 

Not someday.
Not “after one more milestone.”
Now.

You don’t need permission to live differently.
You just need the courage to be seen as you are.

I spent December working remotely from Mexico and it made me question almost everything we’re taught about success…

there’s an old tale about a Mexican fishing village that kept replaying in my head while i was there.

(i think about it often, but being in Mexico made it hit harder)

it goes more or less like this…

a businessman visits a fishing village and meets a local fisherman who goes out early, catches a few fish, then comes home to spend time with his family.

curious, the businessman asks why he doesn’t stay out longer and catch more.
the fisherman says he already has enough.

the businessman — mba, good intentions, all of it — lays out a plan:

fish longer.
buy bigger boats.
hire people.
scale the operation.
build a company.
sell it one day.
retire wealthy.

naturally, the fisherman asks:
“and then what?”

the businessman says:
“then you move to a small coastal village, fish in the mornings, relax with your family, and enjoy life.”

the fisherman smiles and replies:
“but that’s what i’m already doing.”

Being in Mexico, working remotely with a totally different pace of life, that story lands differently. 

I am not anti-growth.
I am anti-default thinking.

Success isn’t a universal formula.
It’s not automatically a 9–5, a title, or a retirement plan pushed decades into the future.

Success isn’t a template.
It isn’t a title.
And it definitely isn’t “suffer now so you can live later.”

For me, success looks like building leverage and freedom at the same time.

And a big part of that leverage today?

Building your own community + audience.
Mastering your personal brand.
Letting the internet work for you instead of the other way around.

I get it, social media gets a bad rep, but when used intentionally, it’s one of the few tools that lets you build opportunity without waiting decades or asking permission.

Now I choose where I work. 🌏
Design days that I don’t need to escape from. 💻

It doesn’t have to look like a cubicle in a tall building on Wall Street.

It can look like a laptop near the ocean, downing tacos + horchata (i don't drink margs anymore lol) 😜 🌮 

or hell… you CAN also be working as a fisherman living in a small village at age 26 instead of waiting until 75 years old.

My point is....

Define what success means to you.
Build leverage. Build freedom.
Then go chase that.

When I ask myself 

who have I met on LinkedIn? 
whose content is freakin amazing? 
who is writing w/ soul + authenticity? 

These people come to mind first 💯%

I’ve questioned for years: why January 1st? Why are we all expected to reset our entire lives on this one random day?

But this year… it was screaming even louder.

So I did a little Google search… and yes a ChatGPT search too.

And if you already feel behind in 2026, I want you to pause with me for a second.

Because when I sit with that feeling, it doesn’t feel like failure. 
It feels like feedback.

The more I reflected, the clearer it became: we were never meant to bloom in the middle of winter. ❄️🌷

What I uncovered made everything click. 

January 1st being labeled “the start of the year” isn’t some natural or universal truth. 

It was a decision made by humans. 

Back in 1582, Pope Gregory introduced the Gregorian calendar to standardize time for things like government, trade, and taxation.

Not for our bodies.
Not for our nervous systems.
Not for the rhythms of the Earth.

And once I saw that, I couldn’t unsee it.

This calendar was never designed to support rest, hibernation, reflection, or slow renewal. 

And yet here we are, conditioned to sprint from day one.... set goals, launch, become a new version of ourselves all while everything in nature is still resting.

For soul-led female leaders, especially those deeply in tune with our bodies... January 1 often brings a very different message.

They whisper (or scream).... I am not ready to go full force.

And that is wisdom.

So, we can keep following a script written centuries ago... by systems that never centered the body, the feminine, or nature.

Or we can tune into the intelligence within us.

The wisdom that moves with the seasons.
The knowing that you can begin again any day or time because the magic is in you.... not on an arbitrary day. 

When we follow nature, we don’t fall behind.
We come back into alignment.

Because he did it.

So you tell yourself those parts can wait.

That you’ll hide them for now.

That you’ll come back to them once you’re “successful.”

But that’s not how real freedom, purpose, or legacy are built.

That’s why I don’t teach quick fixes.

I teach identity first.

We develop roots 🌳

We get clear on who we are and what we stand for.

And we learn how to show up from that place... consistently.

This is the long game.

The one that unfolds on your timeline.

The one that doesn’t require you to abandon yourself to be seen.

What does it feel like when you’re choosing something because it’s “smart” versus because it’s true?

Many of us aren’t afraid of posting…. we’re afraid of being seen.

And that fear runs deeper than we realize.

For some, it’s generational.

For others, it’s shaped by experiences we don’t consciously remember.

But it lives in our bodies, in our reactions, in the quiet moments where we shrink instead of step forward.

The truth?

Visibility requires vulnerability.

And vulnerability feels dangerous when your subconscious is still wired for survival, not expansion.

But here’s the empowering part:

We can train our subconscious.

We can re-write the beliefs that once protected us but now hold us back.

We can step into the inherent power that’s been ours all along… especially as women navigating systems that weren’t designed with our voices in mind.

Every time we choose to be seen, we break a cycle.

Every time we use our voice, we teach our subconscious a new story.

Every time we show up, fully and unapologetically, we rise…. and we invite others to rise with us.

We were never meant to play small.

The last time the world experienced a Fire Horse year, women had to hide.

This time, we don’t.

As horse energy approaches (movement, momentum, leadership, expression)  

The snake is still asking us to shed what no longer fits. 

I learned this in real time just this past week, sitting in a temple in Chiang Mai, listening to a local explain the deeper meaning of the Snake + Horse cycle and the power of what’s coming this year. 🪷

and it wasn't just words.... 

it landed in my body.

The last Fire Horse year was 1966.

A time of radical social change.
A time of rebellion against old systems.
A time when new identities were forming…

But women were not yet safe to be fully visible.

I’ve been feeling this deeply around identity and visibility.

Old ways of presenting myself.
Old language.
Old fears. 
Old positioning.

Not because I want to go back but because the final layer is ready to come off.

If you’ve felt resistance to “showing up the old way,” especially online, especially on LinkedIn, this is why. 

Your nervous system already knows:
 the identity that brought you here cannot take you into 2026.

And it’s important to remember this:

The women before us could not do what we can do now.

Just thinking about that makes me emotional + gives me goosebumps.

They didn’t have the platforms.
They didn’t have the autonomy.
They didn’t have the collective voice, or the energetic permission, that we’re stepping into.

We do.

We're a new generation moving into Fire Horse energy with the wisdom to know what to leave behind. 

And if you feel this, not just intellectually, but in your body, then this is our responsibility:

To move forward without dragging outdated versions of ourselves along for the ride.

Not because we’re abandoning who we were.

But because this time…
women don’t have to hide.

We carry this visibility not just for ourselves... 
but for every woman who never had the option.

I think you should post more selfies on LinkedIn + I’ll tell you why

🌀 You stand out
🌀 Humans are neurologically wired to notice faces before almost anything else + feel more safe + comfy + connected 
🌀 You will deeply heal the parts of you that learned to hide

A selfie with a genuine expression, whether that's happy, calm, curious, thoughtful, or sad, does a wholeeeee lot more than show us your pretty face

Selfies also: 
→ Signals transparency
→ Reduces perceived distance
→ Creates emotional safety

And also think of the Mere Exposure Effect…
Repeated face exposure creates familiarity.
The more someone sees you, the safer they feel.

(a little flash from the past from my psychology degree coming in handy 😜) 

So why do selfies matter on LinkedIn??? 

→You become recognizable
→Trust builds faster
→Your presence feels human 
→Your energy + aura is felt beyond your words 

And why do selfies matter for self-love + inner work??? 

→ You stop waiting to feel “ready” to be seen
→You learn to witness yourself without fixing
→You build deeper self-love
→ Deeper authentic expression

This isn’t about looking good.
It’s about being with yourself.
It’s about letting you just as you are, be enough.

Which is why…

All of February, we are doing a selfie challenge in the ripple effect community 🌀

Everyone is invited to send a selfie every day in February to stay more deeply connected + work this visibility muscle in a safe space. 

I told them: 

Play around.
Explore. 
Try something new.
Be you. 

(think Snapchat + Bereal but with the intention of connection, deep inner work + then potential LinkedIn photo content) 

Not for vanity.
Not for perfection.

But for connection + presence in a global online community. 🌎

For strengthening selfies as a muscle 💪
(because most of us started with: “this feels cringe” or “who am I to take a pic of myself?") 

And for having a backlog of potential selfies that we can use to post on LinkedIn (it’s a fundamental piece of a strong, authentic, soul-led personal brand.)

I personally can’t wait to see everyone’s faces each day 😊

The fastest way to lose trust in 2026? 

Pretending you have it all figured out.

There was a time when certainty performed online.

Having all the answers.

Over-explaining.
Over-teaching.
Over-proving.

Positioning yourself as the expert people should listen to.

We’re done with that.

In 2026, trust won’t come from perfection.

It will come from perspective.

From showing how you think.

Inviting people into your worldview.

Trusting people’s intelligence instead of talking down to it.

We said peace out ✌️ to the guru days.

We don’t want to grow from just you anymore.

We want to grow WITH you.

That’s the shift.

Your personal brand ≠ personal diary.

There is a fine line between being authentic online 

and oversharing.... 

I believe in being real online and vulnerable 

BUT for a reason and intention. 

I see people posting 
"I had an eating disorder 10 years ago" 😢
"I was depressed all of last year" 
"I was burnt out for 15+ years without noticing" 😩

This can build trust with your audience....

But make sure you have a REASON for sharing. 

I always check myself + teach this to my students too

We ask: What does the reader walk away with from this post?

Because there is a difference between being personal and being purposeful.

Oversharing doesn’t build trust.

Meaning does. 

Your story matters when it serves the reader-not when it processes in public.

In 2026, personal brands won’t be built on exposure.

Connection comes from shared meaning, not oversharing.

Authenticity isn’t saying everything.

For a long time, I tried to sound “balanced” on LinkedIn.

Neutral. Polite. Inoffensive.

And what happens in doing so...

You become more or less invisible.

What changed everything for me was realizing this:

 👉 People don’t follow passive + neutral brands.
 👉 They follow conviction.

The posts that landed weren’t the ones where I covered all sides.

They were the ones where I said the thing most people were thinking—but wouldn’t say out loud.

Not hot takes for attention.

Real opinions shaped by experience.

In 2026, POV-led content will win.

Because safe advice is everywhere.
 
Clear belief is rare.

If I don’t believe something strongly enough to stand behind it… I don’t post it anymore.

What if the urge to rush is your soul asking for integration, not acceleration?

I hear all the time "the day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit" 

and there is some real truth to it. 

We see this everywhere in nature.

And yet…

We forget it when it comes to ourselves.

Lately, I’ve noticed a quiet rush in my own body.

A sense of why can’t I speed this up?
Am I behind?

But behind compared to what?

A baby takes nine months before it’s ready to be born. 🍼

Something in the oven needs the full amount of time to be eaten. 🥧

Winter has to run its course before spring can arrive. ❄️

Growth has a rhythm.

And it can’t be hacked.

What if the days you feel most behind are actually the days your soul is catching up?

There is no behind.
There is only unfolding.

Life isn’t something to rush through...it’s something to be present for.

To evolve through.
To be with.

So instead of pushing… let your system expand.

Let your soul catch up.

And let yourself be proud, not for doing more, but for simply being who you are becoming.
