TL;DR: I work with founders at inflection points, whether they’re in the swirl of complexity or sensing untapped potential, to re-architect their business and life so both grow cleaner, scale smarter, and feel more fulfilling.

I help founders step out of the swirl, reclaim their clarity, and re-design their life and business around what really matters.

Some founders come to me in the 'swirl' - still holding the decisions, the complexity, the operational weight. The business “works” on the surface, but only because they’re the one holding it together.

Others arrive with momentum - but sense there’s more. They can feel untapped potential, cleaner growth, and deeper fulfilment just out of reach.

In both cases, the symptoms are similar:

A life and business that don’t fit as well as they should.
Energy leaking into complexity, firefighting, and things that don’t move the needle.
