Some people see short term riches £££. I see infastructure, future, systems, developments and what will be in 10-20 years time. 

We’ve worked in Dubai for five years, had some of the original .ae URLs and were responsible for the influencers to promote the PureGym launch. 

I have been here endless times and have yet to think about how much money we can make NOW. 

What’s going on behind the scenes and some upcoming announcements are a huge game changer for this industry.

The Fluencers Group has the most efficient and effective team in the industry. What goes on behind the scenes in terms of quality and output would blow your mind.

We have a COO, managers of each division, team of creators, editors, graphic designers, social profile managers, presenters, writers and beyond. 

It’s a work flow I could never have even dreamed of. 

Very little micro management goes on. I didn’t need to ask Zac Smith, Frankie Rudland, Nicola McPeak or Klara Fine to do anything. I’d also probably bet the following replies from them are likely “already on it” or “done”. 

My greatest accomplishments aren’t revenue or profits. It’s the company and team we’ve built. It’s unrivalled and I couldn’t be prouder of it.

5 things I’ve yet to do as a founder and owner of the Fluencers Group…

1) Spent a single penny on any form of ads. 
2) Paid for a single backlink to any domains.
3) Consulted for any other brands or launched a course. 
4) Raised money or captured any government grants.
5) Put the wife last. 

Some of the above may change over the years but number 5 will always remain the same.

Building a business requires 100% and so many fall victim to those points above. Don’t get ahead of yourself, focus on your own, build something successful before promising others you can build theirs and raising funds just to keep a sinking ship afloat. 

I believe that work/family life balance is impossible but I’m certainly trying my best.
