Wow,I cannot believe how long I have been doing this! At Domestics Plus Queensland, we understand that the domestic cleaning industry is growing at a rapid rate. Clients are screaming out for good quality service people to clean their home while they are busy doing what they do outside the home. Domestic cleaning businesses are screaming out for reliable staff prepared to do the job well. There appears to be a shortage of staff. I am striving to change that, by providing quality training, management support, financial benefits, and career growth. It has always been a mission of mine to promote from within. I do not believe that someone can do our administration, or be an Area Manager, responsible for quoting and recruitment if they have not worked extensively in the domestic cleaning role.

At Domestics Plus Queensland, we pride ourselves on the jobs we create for locals. It is our passion to Employ, Educate and Empower those that join our team. You see, we understand that there is no such thing as 'just a cleaner'  not if you do it right. We have access to the most vulnerable part of a client, their home, where they live, and their home environment is so important. we understand the positive mental health impact on clients when their home is cleaned and presented well for them. Applicants are interviewed one on one, they attend a trial clean as the 2nd interview. If we feel that an applicant fits our culture and is able to be effectively trained then we provide 2 weeks of one on one training with skilled staff. Once we are satisfied our team member is ready, we then send them to qualified clients to work and earn in a very rewarding and positive work environment.
The job doesn't stop there. As we are growing, the opportunity for job advancement is very real.
